Well done for all the work you have put into it. I would tho of considered maybe putting some openings at either side to help improve the flow of cooling air that aids in helping keep the brakes cooler.

Get some polishing wheels for the drill, and some smaller ones for a dremmel. There should buff it up nicely.

Very possibly it could be. But if you disconnect the battery then a drop test would check the battery.

Get it running, take it to your lacal garage and ask them to do a drop test on thr battery. That will tell you if its your alternator or your battery.

Good point there. May need to see if a fading(blending) in effect on the pillar helps make it look any better.

That looks sweeeeet :-). Thanks. Think thats just made my mind up on how to go forward with the paint scheme. Had 3 different style ideas 1. Just paint the roof bar panels 2. Do as it is above 3. Do it in chrome effect instead of black.
