  1. Everything, except these are done mate. Its just now becoming a rush as we are gonna be moving as soon as we get chance.
  2. Am gonna really need to get this engine done and in asap, as am gonna be moving as soon as we can. if i cant get it on the road in next 6wks, then im gonna have to break it and sell it off :-(. Am in need of help to do the egr delete and water bypass. And to make things worse ive only got mornings for next few weeks to work on it.
  3. overall last time i worked out my expenses on the zx i had spent a little over 15k and its nowhere near finished, and doesnt even have a engine in it yet. But i dont care bout the money, i do it cos i love my zx and its my hobby.

  9. Am almost finished rebuilding my new engine, but would like some help with doing a egr delete, and water bypass. I only have this evening available to do this and then not got any chance to do much more for the next 3wks :-(. So if anyone local has done this and could spare some time to help then it would be a great help. Thankyou. dave.
  10. Sure is. Just need to remember where all the brackets for p/s pump and alternator go now. It was nearly 4yrs ago when i took it all apart :-(.
  11. Thankyou :-). 2hrs i wa pondering and it turned out to be the mark i thought,lol. 5mins later and the timing belt is all good and fitted :-).
  12. I am currently upto getting the timimg belt on and need some advice. On the lower crank there is a dot, but where on the engine should this line up to?. Is it the little cut out mark on the oil pump thats at the bottom right hand side?. Thankyou.
  13. Its on hold as ive not decided on which rear bumper i want yet. But am still busy with it, am currently rebuilding my engine. 95% of the bodywork is now done.

  16. Ive seen the kits you do, and there are great. But there not excactly what i am after. Am wanting sizes so that i can decide on which i want to get and have them ones all made from braided hose.

Following on from my bling nuts and bolts question, i was wondering if anyone also has a guide or list they could put on here with all the sizes of hoses in the engine bay(most likely just the ones you can see). I dont mean just 6mm, 8mm hoses, but actual lengths and sizes and what each pipe is for and where. As always, thankyou to all who can help.

  21. Something very wrong there. I cant see how the fire damage has stopped excactly level with the wing from so much damage on the door. And how the hell the alloys and tyres still appear to be in one piece.
