imt alking about shunters road, not your pikey road :D
  6. I doubt anyone can give you that answer, one zed ay be able to handle 600BHP the next may be able to give you 450 at the fly although there are zeds running 600bhp @ fly with stock internals, so thats a good starting point for testing the limit :D
  7. it was a while ago :D:D direct line to god? no mate, speaking to yourself is the first sign of insanity
  8. as long as you use good tried parts that are put together properly, I guess big blowers like macca will be giving you power, bigger the turbo the more power you can push theoretically. and the more rev range that you can use that power across will give you the most driveable car and speedy feeling car. of cause for reliability everything will need to be paired correctly, and most importantly it must be tuned correctly within its limits. If you push anything to the edge it will eventually break.

if its a long road maybe we could do some speed tests?
  10. yuh once she started earning enough she moved down south :D
  11. you've got to do all estimates at the fly I guess, as transmission losses will mean different results for different cars ect ect. therefore 450 at the wheels on two cars may be 600 at fly on one and 550 at the fly on another (or 1000bhp on 51x with his transmission losses ;)) Remember, engines can be over 10 years old and have 10 year old pistons and rings, this usually results in early failure purely due to age and wear over this period
  12. poor ole johnny, never met him but spoke a few times on the phone, and I never had a problem getting through to him
  13. well I have heard that 51x took it to 22psi (maybe higher knowing simon lol) with his T28's but with a boost controller. He has had his engine rebuilt with forged internals however
  14. glitch whilst upgrading ;)
