This isn't a new problem, I've just noticed its not coming from where I thought it was originally. I was going over my engine bay today looking for PCV hoses that I have yet to fit and I thought id have a listen for the noise. Basically its a shrill noise at 1.5k and at 2.5k coming from the drivers side of the engine, its been there for 18months and I have no smoke on that side. My left bank smokes at Idle but we have pretty much narrowed it down to PCV hoses (thanks to duffer and smw1). Could it be a dodgy injector? after about 2 miles and once the engine is warmed up the noise dissapears and only reapears the follwing day when left toit over night. I only notice it because when cold my car idles at 1.5k revs for a few minutes until its up to tempreture, after that it revs at 750rpm (ive replaced offending sensors to stop it idling high)

Danny, the main reason I want a cable is to run RPM and speed directly to my phone which runs the symbian OS, I doubt you have any plans to port to this archtecture? (p800)

looks very cool, I think overpriced for software though............ any idea where to get the cables from I reckon I could knock this up quite easily if i could get ahold of a cable cheaply......, thats what i want displayed on my phone as I drive along (symbian OS)

It gets a bit scary in ice, mainly because the ABS is totally shite in snow. back end is quite easily to bring in line if you loose it. Im considering traction control just because it seems like a neat mod :) has anyone had any problems with traction control and their insurance company? Stus better half has a NA and it is in no way sluggish :)

no if you were a police officer you would probably loose your job, if you were a footballer you would get driven around by a chauffeur and then just pay your ferrari insruance out of your spare change next year. I know there was a lot of misinformation spread about these cameras being infra red when they were first released, the original versions just had a blue filter. this would probably disguise the flash so you may not see it. let us know how you get on....... these cameras are worrying
