Novastop
Barryds fix will work, I think james300 has some photos of when he did it to his, its a good temp solution but will mean a cold car. I would not put any thickening additive into the coolant, these are extremely complex engines and something like that could leave you with a bill for thousands

Insurance at 20?
I used adrian flux when I was 20 0ncb and it worked out to about 2200 tpf&f You are probably going to have problems with it being an import, mine is a UK model When I hit 21 it went down to £1200 big saving :)

loud scraping noise on key turn
You really should get this to a garage, as paul says, you are risking damaging your flywheel. Its a fiddly job but should only take a garage 30 minutes to get it off and 30 minutes to get it back on.

How to calculate your RWHP

Us Rwbhp
I think the problem is that the US will not accept that a dyno can be wrong, maybe its just me as I have no faith in RR's since SE and thor. I think a 3rd RR day is needed :D
-
How to calculate your RWHP
Ok lets take for example the witham RR results.... Each car seemed to gain at least 20BHP by just moving 200 miles up the country to coventry, that means every 200 miles you move you WILL increase your BHP by an average of 20 at the wheels. Now if we were to move our zeds over to american which is around 5000 miles away that would make my car... (5000/200)*20+203 = 703BHP Not bad, and on top of that I've added an induction kit, should see some gains from that also ;)

A company called m&a in stock road, very good and they have a quick turnaround, I was hopefull to get it back today, they were under pressure from the insurance company for a quick turnaround but they decided they'd rather fix it 100%. 01702 460159 speak to mark and say Mike who has the white zed mentioned you :). best to phone after about 1pm as they are generally busy in the morning.

How much for insurance on one of these?

Colour match - Pearl White
White is one of the more difficult colours to match, my bodyshop have done it on mine though, I would try the paint restorer first though, mine looked filthy even when cleaned, now its pure white again, you could feel the dirt coming off, it took about an hour to get it perfect.
