Tribal stickers???
   it doesnt take much for people to get sand up their arse does it these days? you have just brought up the smallest most trivial point ever, and something which I bet you have done on occasion. It's not like I'm doing 160mph down the road with a bottle of coke shoved in my mouth. when you go to KFC to pick up a takeaway it messes up the interior when the crappy paper falls to peices stuck down near the door. its a removalble holder so you can store it when not using, so IMHO :slap:

URGENT Speeding Help/Advice Required
also if there were two police officers at the scene they do not need video or photographic evidence, not even a radar readout

URGENT Speeding Help/Advice Required
copper handbook says "While it is possible to delay the whole prosecution process for many months or years by demanding proof of technical and legal data about the camera, arguing that the driver cannot be ascertained and s o forth, such delay is usually simply postponing the inevitble. and for an example of the dim view that the courts will take to the delay"

URGENT Speeding Help/Advice Required
I think its 6 months within them receiving your NIP back, im talking to a copper now, but his opinion is "you've broken the law it doesnt matter if we do paperwork wrong"

URGENT Speeding Help/Advice Required
They have 14 days to issue you with a NIP (notice of intended prosicution) did you get one? its over 6 months anyway, I don't think they can do anything, don't hire a solicitor, send them a letter informing them of them being wrong, if they reply, send a solicitors letter.

G-Tech Pro Performance meter
I generally put in 3480lbs for the car and add 165lbs for me + a bit for petrol so 3680lbs
-
G-Tech Pro Performance meter
You can press go and it won't start recording until it detects movement, you are meant to do 5 runs with the gtech and drop the highest and lowest results and work out the average between the remaining 3. I've found mine to be pretty consistant, its hard finding a straight stretch of land around here though
