Well, I got through to the 3rd and final interview!! ARGH! Have to do a 20 minute presentation infront of one of the directors!!

Only if he was doing under 40 in a 30 limit will he be offered that iirc. I've been on a speed awareness course. The course is open to the general public but the vast majority of attendees are those caught driving a little over the speed limit, the so-called "low end speeders".

Can someone tell me, on cold start, does the ECU run on CTS values only and ignores 02 sensor values completely?

I think it has the reverse effect IMHO.
