Really sorry to hear it Trish, my condolences. I know first had that you have a heart of gold so I would bet that you made those 8 short years some really wonderful years for him.

There are no fixes other than paying them $300 a year which is just for access and then more if you want to host to a forum. Photobucket went to shit about 3 or 4 years ago when it started getting slower and slower and slower with all the ads and pop ups. I gave up using it about a year and a half ago as I could never get past the 2nd or 3rd page of my photos and I have close to 60 pages! They have now taken away the function to link to forums unless you pay an enormous fee, it's caused/causing a huge amount of problems as people used to host stuff on it for eBay etc too. If you're able to, download all your photos immediately as your account will be shut down soon or so I'm led to believe.

Double check which ones they are. Both outers and inners are still available. Genuine outers are not too expensive, inners are a little more so. I would NEVER recommend such things as bearings, joints and bushings second hand. If it's the outers that need doing, I'd recommend getting a couple of spare lower brackets and refurbishing them with NISMO bushes and new HICAS joints. Why don't you test fit them?

Rears look like they'll foul the filler hose covers and possibly the filler neck itself - it's the insides I'd be more concerned about (being a +5 @ 10.5) than the outer lips which will need rolling for sure, I couldn't say how much though. As for the fronts, you can wave bye bye to all your arch liners. As they'll likely catch. Tops of the arches will need pulling out and you may need to remove or bend the tabs.
