  1. There were different versions of the late models. Verson R and Version S, but, even being a TT, it should have come with the 99-spoiler on.
  2. Something not quite right about that car. Certainly the spoiler is the wrong one.
  3. Cost....not much and the rear bumper isn't that difficult to remove-refit. What takes the most time is removing the interior bits to get at the inner rear quarter bolts! LOL
  4. I've got mine all on one line. Mind you, my rear plate is only 5 digits. If you email http://www.fancyplates.con and tell them your requirements they'll make you a plate with a smaller font so that it all fits. Luckily, mine is a standard size at the rear. But you might have a few issues. It won't be the correct sized font and spacing so technically, it won't be legal. But, give it a go. My front plate isn't strictly cosher, but I've had it on there for 3 years with no problems what so ever.
  5. LOL. A 50p car with all that power. I dunno, I kinda have a bit of a soft-sport for the old Tipo Sedicivalvole.
  6. That sounds to me, like a fookin' nightmare! LOL
  7. Zs look agressive anyway. :) To the OP, everyone has their preferences. Personally, I think the natural look of the Z is its best. Nissan did a near-perfect job of designing a very beautiful car. I find very limited appeal in most of the aftermarket stuff for the Z. It's hard to improve on something that was excellent 'aux naturale'. Just small detail is needed to bring it up to date. A subtle drop, decent set of wheels and a good polish. IMHO, a perfect Z is a tidy one with few body modifications, but with great mechanics and a well engineered engine upgrade.
  8. They won't fit. I've researched all that. You'll need an SRS equipped steering column and shroud as the columns are different sizes. I've still not got anywhere with relocating the buttons. Need to figure out the wiring. I'll try and do it soon though.
  9. Over the last few months, my laptop has almost ground to a halt. Takes ages to refresh and loads pages on the browser and general applications seem slow and the browser keeps hanging. It is/was a fast laptop. It's running Windows Vista. What can I do to remove unwanted processes? I don't know what half of them do. Not entirely sure what's going on. CPU useage is pretty high. I've deleted all history/cookie files. Any ideas on what I can do?
  10. Off to Lake Como in Italy the day after boxing day. Planning another trip to the USA for May and hopefully off to Kenya in October interspersed with the odd weekend break and usual driving trips to France. :)
  11. Popup headlights are a wonderful thing. ;) Actually, some might disagree with that. They look good on the MR2 and NSX.
  12. You been sliffing glue or downing Ribena concentrate or something?
  13. I'd still think he was a tit! LOL Infact, spending all that time and effort putting a Skyline engine running gear in that is worse than the Nismo graphics! LOL
  14. The penny drops and the fog clears! Yes! Bit like sticking RS decals all over a Corsa!
  15. Read what's written up the side! LOL
  16. Epic fail. Apart from the dreadful modifications done to this Honda Prelude, what else is wrong with this. :smash:
  17. Driving off boost for the last 3 - 5 minutes of your journey is far more effective though and will allow the oil to flow through the engine and turbos much quicker.
  18. TBH, I wouldn't bother wasting your money on a turbo timer. Just use your noodle, plan ahead and drive off boost for the last part of your journey. INFINATELY better for the engine than to sit it there idling, which, isn't really very good for it.
  19. No such engine was fitted to the Silvia. I think you'll find that most knock sensors are the same througout a lot of the Nissan range.
  20. No it's not cool.
