- Alloy wheel fitment
They have the same PCD but centre bore is different. They are 67mm or something and the Z is 66mm, so you'll need some spigots. Also, his wheels will most likely have equal width fitment front and rear, so it won't be the most flattering look. Also, check with him what offset wheels he has on.- Suspension set-up
My parts came to about £1k too.- Suspension set-up
Do your tits bounce as well Allan? :wack:- Suspension set-up
If you're wanting to do everything, springs, shocks, adjustable camber arms and tension rods (highly recommended) and other sundrys such as shock boots, gaskets etc, you're looking at 10x that amount! LOL- First 300ZX and loving it
There's no difference in headlights, they are the same. The reflector is the same, you've just had the base chromed which isn't an upgrade for the lights themselves.- Does this happen also in the UK!!!!???
I've been contemplating tints all round for some time now, but, the lightest possible grade. I couldn't just have the rear quarters and the rear screen done though. Just doesn't look right with no tint on the front side windows. I am considering just a mild tint on the rear screen. Since it's in its own plane, it won't look miss-matched.- Cheap air filters
I try to avoid fitting cheap stuff to my Z. Would rather not fit at all. I fitted an A'pexi filter last week (brand new). I haven't even started the car yet let alone driven it so I can't say if I've noticed anymore throttle response, which, is what you're noticing. I am replacing the stock airbox/filters. Shame about the dump valves though.- Suspension set-up
I have Tein S-tech springs and KYB Shocks. I considered coilovers but didn't want a hard ride. I also have fully adjustable camber parts too.- BIG Thank you to Bee Gee Vinz!
Behind all the hairspray and chrome, he's a good chap and a gent. :)- eh7 pearl glow yellow colour match
Pearl white was a bitch to match. In the end I had the car resprayed. Pearl yellows fade badly as above.- Try and find more HP to the £ than this!!!!
I'd rather have 6 or 8 cylinders over something with 4 cylinders that makes the same power. 4 cylinder engines do not sound good. For me, it has to be the complete package, looks, noise and performance.- Try and find more HP to the £ than this!!!!
Hear them on full chat and you'll understand why! :)- Funkysi eat your heart out
Holy Mary mother of God! Well, it's as official, it's as bad as the TR7 F40 'replica'!- Cool Number Plate
Being a cretin is worse! ;) Anyway, back to thread. No, I can't really see the numberplate all that well.- Cool Number Plate
Can you edit James' original post then? Was funny as it made him look like a dork! hehe ;)- How many of you run silkolene pro S 10/50?
Since my engine and performance figures are pretty much stock (although new with little use), I've been using good quality 10/40 semi as per manufacturers recommendations. I'm doing a mild boost upgrade over the following months and am considering upgrading the fluid to Oilman's recommendation of the Silkolene pro. Just wondering who is using this fluid and what engine modifications you have? If stock, interested to know of any changes in running, ie, smoother etc?- Skyline/Fairlady?
Here we go. R35 bumper... ...or Veilside bumper?- Skyline/Fairlady?
It's bad, but not quite that bad!- i was doing an oil change and found these???
