  1. No comment, because I don't want to visualise it. I might start thinking of miserable stained toilets from the 70s. lol
  2. Dude, it wouldn't take much to be better than the above. A rusty A reg Mini City is better! Was this yours then?
  3. I came across this by mistake. I hate chat shows, but Jeeeeeeeze, what a wierd cretin. Wants shot!
  4. Pretty sure they all came with the active aero spoiler? If it's tidy, you should get around £1k - £1500 for it (with an MOT).
  5. I have this phone. Highly recommend it. So easy to use.
  6. Was this your Mini by any chance? Why did you buy a Z; why why why :(
  7. Oil gauge is doing is it should do. When the oil is cold, it has a high viscosity rate and therefore your oil pressure gauge will be reading a higher oil pressure. When the oil warms, the viscosity reduces and with that so does your oil pressure. Stock oil gauges are pretty inaccurate anyway. The oil from the DV could be either blowback (worn rings), or clogged PCVs/lines. But, getting oil that far down the inlet tract would suggest blowback at high boost pressures. Get a compression check done to rule that one out.
  8. I think it's something like a Mondeo or Escort.
  9. Oh good God! :headvswal
  10. LOL @ the spoiler. You don't want those lights though....seriously. Mind you, you've got undercar LEDs.
  11. Sad to hear. I don't think I've ever tried to get any compensation from people, even when I had a chunk taken out of my leg by a dog. I just told the owner to bugger off. Even mistakes I've made like walking into things or falling over, I blame myself. Shit happens, "I didn't quite look hard enough where I was walking" is usually what I think. I am quite clumsy at times
  12. Whilst I don't have a Cupra, I do have a new Leon and it handles extremely well. I prefer its looks to the breadvan appearance of the Type-R. Turbo engines are also easier to tune and sound better than NA 4 cylinder units. Shame about the dump valve idea though. :( Is that your main reason for wanting a turbo, because you can fit a dump valve? LOL
  13. I see the paint is already starting to blister on the rear spoiler! :wack:
  14. Seldom few have any issues with valves. The most common issues are HICAS faults on TT cars, whiney/crunchy manuals, faulty autos, smokey turbos and rust on UK cars. Parts are more expensive than what you'd pay for a regular main-stream car, but that's to be expected. There are a number of traders on here that can get you OEM or aftermarket parts for the Z32.
  15. :nana2::mac1::smw::o:x::bow::smash::hyper:
  16. Gaz, interested to know where these people formed their opinion? I bet none of them have driven a Z, let alone one with new/good suspension?
  17. They make good anchors.
  18. Good vid that was. Not seen it before. I was expecting the S2000/300zx hillclimb drift vid. LOL @ the Honda fanbois moaning about the Z32s handling. I am quite suprised that the Z seemed to hold its own in the twisties.
  19. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=1190712&postcount=6  ;) The day you make up your mind about something and stick to it is the day I'm an astronaut! Congrats anyway. :)
  20. Spacers won't make any difference. If you'd have gotten ET30, then you'd still have the same effect. I run spacers on my front wheels and I don't notice any tramlining or vibration.
  21. Only just saw this Bri. Thanks for the link. I've applied for jobs with the MCA before. If you look on Smit-Tak website, they also list some of the salvage operations they have carried out. One of the best photographed operations they did was when a Car Carrier and a dredger collided. Thousands of brand new Volvos and BMWs smashed to bits. http://www.smit.com/sitefactor/projects.asp?Services=152
  22. A LOT more than your BKs!
  23. That's a real shame you sold them. IMO, I thought your car looked really nice with them. I remember seeing it in Autotrader a few years ago and it ALWAYS caught my eye. A classy wheel with very good build quality.
  24. Here too. But it can stay the hell away!
