  1. They aren't Dave. Look at the front edge. Much smoother.
  2. They aren't Stillen skirts either I'm afraid.
  3. They aren't kaminari skirts. But I do prefer them. I think with some OEM wings, it will give a much cleaner and smoother look to the sides.
  4. Some pics. The boot is a bit of a mess at the moment as A: it needs a vacumme and B: I still haven't figured out where to site the amp. I want it have to hidden from view, so maybe I'll have to dispense with the lovely Nissan tool kit....and fit it that side. I am also going to get another boot carpet that I can hack up rather than cut up my own.
  5. Nothing wrong with standard mate. A rare and pleasing sight these days!
  6. I hate Dump valves, I ain't gonna hide that fact, but can you make the aftermarket DVs silent? Something I've always wondered.

  8. Nice to see it being smartened up. Nothing worse than the chrome sticking through all the trim. It's bad enough seeing it on the roof and window trims. One of the first jobs I did on mine. I replaced the rear arm anyway for a Primera/Laguna one, but a repaint instantly makes it look neat. Suprised at the amount of Zs with shabby looking wipers. It's not a hard job to do nor expensive.
  9. My cat's just done a nicer looking shite than that interior. :hurl: Agreed, when I saw the steering wheel, my thoughts instantly changed to the below!
  10. Jesus! Never seen a JDM with that amount of rust on it! Good price to fix though! So glad mine's completely rot free.
  11. Welcome to the forum!
  12. From what I can remember, isn't the symptom of the rear GB mount 'vibration when cold, better when warm'?
  13. This thread has officially turned GAY!
  14. Jimmer is one of the few people I'd let work on my car. Despite being a good friend, it's easy for anyone to see that he takes pride in his work. Glad you're happy mate!
  15. Best cars I've ever driven are the new GT-R and my mates old Ferrari 348.
  16. I have that and the battery box. Just currently don't have the correct sized battery. 1 broke. I have 2 new ones as the other one was faided! LOL
  17. I finally got round to fitting my 12" Alpine sub and custom fitted contoured enclosure. Now, I have never fitted a sub to any of my cars as I've never really been that fussed by ICE. But since I'd fitted an "all singing, all dancing" 2din Alpine touch screen, new wiring and speakers, I thought it deserved it. Boy, was it worth the wait! All the stuff has just been sat in the spare room for months, I've only just pulled my finger out and fitted it all. The difference in overall definition is just amazing! It will never win any sound offs, but the whole system has a quality feel to it. Really happy with the result! Will get some pics up of it soon as it looks pretty good too!
  18. I don't usually like decals/stickers. Infact I can't stand them, but I have to admit that those are pretty good!
  19. Saw you parked on the High Street. Black 2+2 TT.
  20. Caliper seized or air in the system on one side. Good idea to do a complete fluid flush.
  21. IMO, the best engine bays are the ones with the least amounts of different colours on them. When looking over the engine bay, you want the onlooker to focus on the engine as a whole, not have different colours of hoses etc in the way as it detracts from the overall look. It's the same principle for me with the exterior and interior. Less clutter and colours make it look so much more pleasing to the eye. Bigman's engine bay is what I think looks best. If I was going all-out on mine, it would be a combination of black, chrome and silver parts. Making it look clean and bling, but also easy on the eye. Certainly wouldn't be having red, blue or yellow hoses everywhere and different coloured bits of engine trim. I'd have black samco hoses, chromed/polished hard pipes and other metal bits and a smoothed plenum power coated silver.
