  1. Not really. But if a turbo has gone, then easiest way is to see if it smokes on idle. If it's got new turbos, then they should be ok. It could be PCVs, but if there's no way to tell unless you actually get the car and check it out yourself. For 1500 though, it's worth buying, even if it needs new pistons! LOL
  2. Rip the dump valves out for starters. Useless detritus. Since refitting the engine without the boost controller, have you plugged in the connectors to the solenoids?
  3. Looked much better before.
  4. I know all this. :) I've seen the damage it can do to people's hands! Cuts through flesh like a laser, but it can't be sewn up again due to fluid contamination. So it has to be left open.
  5. Never heard of them. 'Fli' any good? Actually tell a lie, I have seen Fli subs before.
  6. You know, I was expecting this thread from someone else....hmmmm....wonder who...
  7. No, southern girls can look quite nice Trevor, she just looks like some rough bint from Manchester.
  8. Awesome work Mike! Look forward to the updates a la Mikey Bean styleeee! ;)
  9. You bolted a great big rubber phallus to your dash?
  10. Just hoping you didn't waste your money on BOVs!
  11. Yeah. Looks like your pic was taken with a camera phone, so that's the best I could do.
  12. How about this?
  13. I pay £30 a month. :duffer:
  14. Oh I seeeeeee. I would have got you, except stock boost is 9.5PSi! ;)
  15. 3PSi? Safety boost is 7! Good luck with it and get some more pics of it up!
  16. Most JDM cars have been clocked. If that was genuine, I doubt he'd sell it for so little, even if it was an auto. Best way to check is to view. Look at the general state of the interior. Look also at the state of the suspension components. Genuine low mileage JDM cars will not even have any surface scab on them, higher mileage ones will have scabby paint. My Z was low mileage, but my interior looked almost new and the underside was cleaner than a 1 year old car over here! LOL
  17. This thread is boIIocks. Someone get in touch with the DVLA.
  18. I like them too! But not on a stock bodied car! LOL. Looked better than his current skirts!
  19. Yes it has! LOL It's got great big groove cut in them! They are quite nice, but totally overwhelming for stock bumpers. Kaminari or Stillen are the most inkeeping. Kaminari with 99-spec front keeps it all looking even.
  20. Dude, they give anything BUT a standard look to the Z! LOL. Bomex skirts are moderately aggressive!
  21. I know of a rear set available. Are you going to Znationals?
  22. Weekend toy. Regular summer use ONLY when the weather's good. :) doesn't get used in the winter.....so would that be 'hardly use'? As for the choice, daily driver under 3k per year....Jesus, bet your engines are rammed full of mayo!
  23. Or get another exhaust pipe. ;)
  24. Glad you had fun! You seem to have lost a back box. :wack:
