Who's been to South Africa?
Not so worried about dangerous areas as I've driven through Compton and also visited Pakistan and Saudi Arabia....not great places for Westerners!) Yeah, I'll most likely be there a minimum of a week, probably 10 days. Will be staying with South Africans, so should be fine. Won't be going to Johannesburg. CT is supposed to be a lot better than it was (which is still the nicest area in the country) and Hermanus is supposed to be very nice and easy going....which is where I will be staying.

Never ever liked the MK5 Astra repeaters. Look tacky, but hell, that's done well. :)

Who's been to South Africa?
It's only a 12hr flight. That's an hour and a half longer than it is to California.....without the jet-lag. As for the life expectancy rates, only a small proportion are of a white ethnicity, natives are what make up the bulk of the population and its those figures that reflect the life expectancy with a huge number of these living in poverty with no access to good medical facilities.

Who's been to South Africa?
Just been invited to a wedding out there. Good job it's in the middle of February, should be around the 35 - 40 degree mark in and around the Cape Town area. Now I've never been any further south than Oman in the middle east, and thus, never been the other side of the equator, so quite excited! Relations of my sister's better half are getting married in their home town of Hermanus which is about 2hrs drive from Cape Town and is the SA tourist hot spot (so won't be full of European holiday makers!). Just wondering if anyone's spent any time out there. Hermanus looks really nice, Cape Town speaks for itself as being a pretty decent place to go over there.

Lowest Profile Aero Wipers?
I haven't replaced either. But it's just the blades that you need.

Lowest Profile Aero Wipers?
Like me, you obviously don't like the large knuckle on these aero style wipers. Get yourself a set of these from the IS250 As fitted to a Z32 :)

Why ???
Revolting! Matt black paint is hideous anyway, but that colour combo makes me anus bleed.

Windscreen
Depends. I guess you've had a UK spec window fitted which will be a different tint to the JDM tint which is bronze. These are special order only from Japan and from what I understand cost a whopping £1000 with a silly lead time! UK blue tint glass is around the £200 mark and is readily available. I intend on swapping out all my glass for UK blue tint at some point.

Its not right
Actually no. I liked footy as a kid, was in the school team. As I grew older, I discovered cars/girls, I realised how shit it is/was. LOL :wack:

Fancyplates can do all of that.

are dump valves universal?
Cheapest option is not to bother buying them as they are useless tat. Better off spending money getting your HICAS fixed which you seem to have problems with spending money on replacing hicas arms (as you say they are too expensive), but would rather spend money on something that doesn't do anything (dump valves) and a 'loud' filter? Priorities with the Z32! Dump valves are detrimental to performance on a car running stock management!
