  1. I know the black Z at the top. I went on an LAZ32 cruise around Malibu California about 3 years ago and it turned up. TBH, it looks kinda cool, despite it really not being my slice of pie. I'll see if I can find the photos I took of it.
  2. God daym! Piss up in a brewery? No podría organizar!!
  3. ...and the rest! It was ridiculous. It was that thread in its un-moderated state where another member posted up an issue about dkboro121.
  4. Did have. He got all shitty with Noz after Noz politely declined to purchase his ECUs.
  5. Sounds like you're not the first to have problems with this member mate. Some other member got the run around over a set of mirrors and all PMs were ignored.
  6. We now have nearly a dozen names down, later this week, we'll get a venue sorted out and booked up!
  7. WTF!? Damn! Had no idea (obviously).
  8. ^^ as above, I have had high quality spacers fitted for years and zero problems!
  9. I'd shoot for Eibach bolt-on hubcentrics. Top quality products. MWTech on the 350z forum makes some high quality hubcentric bolt-on spacers too.
  10. You'd have the wheels balanced anyway. It shouldn't be a bad thing if done correctly at even spacing and not close to a critical part of how the wheel was moulded, ie on an apex of a stress point etc.
  11. This at a dilution of 2:1 Spray, leave to dwell for a few minutes, scrub and rinse.
  12. New windscreens are about £150 fitted from National Windscreens. :) I'd stick with your current tailgate personally. Most UK cars are being broken for corrosion and the tailgates suffer badly.
  13. Mark Derby is breaking a UK Z which has blue glass. The moulding can be bought new still, however I am not sure whether you can still get it here through MJP. If he can't get it from euro or Japanese stock, you'll have to go to the US to get it. You really need a specialist to remove and refit the tailgate and quarter window glass. I've removed quarter window glass and door glass and it's not too bad. In fact removing and refitting door glass is one of the easiest jobs to do on the Z! Remember to replace the runners on the door glass. You have to get that from the US as they're now NLS in Japan and Europe. As for the windscreen, just buy a new one. I swapped all my glass for blue tint glass. Makes a massive difference.
  14. Shame Zogg couldn't get the original front bumper fitted after he destroyed the ABFlug one after driving into a Ferrari on the Nurburgring! lol
  15. Dan I am NOT obsessed with the value of the car!! Plus, so what I was??? There is a very valid reason to know the values of them and it is a source of interest for about 75% of the owner base. There's far more to a retro classic than 'beating the shit out of it' as you so eloquently put it. Calling them a banger isn't really funny, nor is it clever.
  16. But all you do is slate the car. This is an enthusiast forum, so constantly blabbing about how much of an old worthless banger it is, saying the brakes and crap, saying the suspension is crap and everything else.....just is pretty shitty. Why don't you go back to driving your Elise and Porsche since they are obviously so much better than this old Japanese banger..
  17. Well, I am sure your days are numbered! I've been on here nearly 10 years, you're still wet behind the ears! ...and yes you ARE negative!
  18. Why have you got a 300zx again? You must remember you're on an enthusiast site, so calling them 'lame' and 'old banger' will probably rub a lot of people up the wrong way. I have no idea why you're on this forum. Your comments are pretty much always negative, you rarely add any technical input, you rub people's backs up (I do this too - but at least I am an enthusiast), your car seems to be in a constant state of rebuild yet you always brag about wanting to drive it in all weathers and thrash the shit out of it. One minute you say the car is an old banger and lame, the next, you're posting up photos of a quite meticulous rear subframe rebuilt. You just make no sense.
  19. ....what was it you were telling me last week.....?
  20. I hope those nuts and strut top are going to be replaced! lol Nice work dude. Is it a stock Nissan pearl yellow or have you gone with something else? It's so nice seeing all these being painted/repaired as the Z32 was intended, ie without the need for gawky fibreglass bodykits and ridiculous spoilers! :)
  21. Fit that to the bottom of your garage door, NOT your Z!
  22. I never used to be a fan of TSW wheels. They used to produce some awful looking wheels, but they've now started to produce nice looking quality items. If you're on a budget, then their new ones look fantastic IMO. http://www.europe.tsw.com/alloy_wheels.php I think either the Amaroo wheel or the Bristol wheel would really suit the SWB! Get some 'Z' centre caps made (I know people that make the gel domed labels) and they'll look the part! Available in silver with a diamond cut face, these would feckin' awesome, especially at night! Available in good fitments too (not sure what offset though) Bristol Amaroo The above two are a little different from the norm, but some other styles that look good are the Valencia, Rouen, Parabolica, and Jarez. I believe that all the lips are stainless steel on the polished dished items, so take minimum effort to maintain.
  23. £100k would buy me a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4; nothing since the days of the F355 from Ferrari has interested me, I love Astons, but they're a little old-manish. If money was no object, then I'd shoot for an Aventador LP700, Jaguar XJ200, Ferrari F40 LM, 1959 Ferrari California, Bugatti EB110, Porsche Carrera GT, 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible, 1962 Shelby Cobra, 1952 Buick Skylark and some other interesting machines to add to my 'imaginary collection'. Some mental cars I wouldn't own....The Veyron, as amazing as it is, just doesn't do it for me. Too clinical, it's hardly pretty and the 2-tone colour schemes are really unattractive. ALL Ferraris from 2001 onwards, I consider awkward looking, ungainly and in some lights, REALLY ugly (in particular, the Enzo), Audi's R8 - whilst I am in love with Lamborgini's stable-mate, the Gallardo, the R8 just doesn't look right, from the TT-esque front, to its strange side-burns - it lacks the road presence that it deserves. ANYTHING Rolls Royce or Bentley, the Gumpert Apollo; despite its blistering performance, it is one ugly mother of a car - with its acres of mesh and MDF-look bodywork, it looks like it was the brainchild of failed GCSE Design & Technology student.
