Maybe I'm the only one here, but I think the Matrix films are hugely over rated. Sure, they have good special effects, but A:) Keanu Reeves is probably the worst actor ever to come out of the USA, although I thought his roles in Bill and Ted's excellent adventure films were better than anything else he's done and C:) I fell asleep during one of them.

Polycarbonate. Expect to get a poor fit though when you've finished, but good luck.

Didn't he go on to do fifth gear or something on Channel 5? He was a motorbike head anyway. It's like me road testing an R1, wouldn't know the first thing about them. Least he likes the Z though.

I like Skylines, but that comment is very crass. It's certainly not a car I dream of. I dream of owning a Honda NSX next...and then a Ferrari 355.

It's too deep and meaningful to be understood by younger kids maybe, although I first watched it when I was about 10 and absolutely loved it then. But I'm a bit of an oddball when it comes to film choice. I tend to like the more obscure and 'different' types.

So am I. Two totally different films. I love Fantasy as much as I love Sci-Fi.

...Vangellis also couldn't have got it anymore spot-on with respect to the film if he tried.

I love the deep dark underworld feel you get from it. One of the best elements is the way the film feels. I get totally engrossed in it because of that.

Always has been and always will be, 'BLADE RUNNER'. Nothing ever comes close. Watched it last night for the first time in about a year and it reminded me how brilliant this film is. Hard to believe that it was made nearly 25 years ago. Reason for the thread...I watched it again last night...but for the first time in about a year. I know Chewie is a fan of it like me. I've actually had the pleasure of seeing it on the big screen about 10 years ago, when my local cinema started re-screening some of the classics. Was breath taking then. Don't think anything will come close, although I do have a lot of favourites, just nothing that'll ever top this film.

Thanks guys. Well I'll give them a really good scrub and see what happens. I do want them replaced as I'm going to fit PU bushes, Eibach springs and KYB shocks over the winter. TBH, if the MOT was in 2 months time, it would be great as I'd just take it off the road. The car litterally has to do 2 months before it gets laid up for the winter. Cheers for the link Si.

Depends how wide your wheels are. Up fronts, 245 is really a Max. But if they are for your rears and are about 9" wide then I'd go for 285s. I have 265s on mine and they are a little stretched at the rear. My rims are 9.5" wide at the back and will easily fit 285s on them.

2 of my subframe bushes are leaking slightly. There doesn't seem to be any play in the subframe. I've had a good jiggle around when it was up on the ramp. I am planning on replacing them with new ones when I upgrade all the suspension over the winter. Just wondering, are these MOT failures? Or do they have to be hanging off and have as much play as a dick in a bucket to fail? MOT is on Saturday.

They'd look stunning if they were thrown in here....
