I have posted this request before for advice before but can't remember the advice or locate the old thread :rolleyes: :slap: and i really need to get it sorted as the broken one is a bit of an eye sore now! Anyway, any ideas where i'll be able to locate a replacement for my aftermarket front fog, have tried usual aftermarket shops but no joy in the finding size (4 and half inches / 11.4cm) see pic below. Either a replacement or similar pair of the same size.... Any suggestions or help great received :bow: Also see close up pics in thread below, thanks.

I have the same problem and i've got a Jap Spec TT Manual. I have spoken to a couple of people who reckon it's due to a leaking rocker cover gasket under heavy acceleration causing oil to drip down onto the turbos causing the smell...... but this is only what i've been told??? Don't really want to take the plenum off and have a look myself, can't afford to take the car off the road as it's my daily driver only to find out it's not :confused: Has anyone else heard this theory or shed any more light on this problem??? Yep same ones, same company and they quality IMO ;)

I had to have some folded mild steel brackets made up to run along along the bottom of the seats and then four corner ones to bolt to them to bring the mounting hole widths in line with the those on the original rails. - if you wanted some making up i'm sure i could get them done for ya. They are very comfortable & hold u in place when going sideways :D and are of excellent quality (i was very surprised myself for the sort of money) i bolted on my original sliders so yes forward/backwards motion still kept and managed to keep electric motion on drivers side although not the reclining or up&down mechanism - but you don't really need them IMO. As for the racing harnesses i have no idea i am still using my original belts at the mo, i may look at fitting harnesses next winter.... Hope all that helps James :cool:
