whats the story behind your username?
Just a handle from when I used to do a lot of serious (if that makes sense) online gaming years ago in a clan (SC) Shadow Company that played a lot of team fortress, elite half life leagues etc. not anymore though. I prefer real pleasures like cars :)

Computer question ?
Maybe just upload the photos to a photo sharing website and give your daughter the password or access to them. Then she can view them and grab the files when she likes, plus they will all be stored in one place rather than filling up an inbox. Just an idea for an alternative if you have no luck the way you have been using.

Stolen 300zx sitting on my car park
Did you check it is not someone elses car in or around your work as in my previous post?

Stolen 300zx sitting on my car park
Have you checked that it is actually nobodys car from your work or close by as someone might have for example be moving house and moved the car thats usually sat in the garage or on their drive out of the way for a short time. Not have space for it at their new place etc. sounds silly but that happens we used to get people using our works car park for all sorts at one time at my last place. They used it because it got locked up every night and was relatively safe in the day as people were coming and going all the time.

my 300z sofar its nearly done yahoo
Its a fun car it would get more attnetion if you stuck a "LEGO" sticker on the engine that is the first thing that came to mind when I saw the engine. That would be funny and interesting. Take no notice if you like it then good for you, you have put a lot of work into the car.

Drilled and Grooved Break Disks Query
Hi if drilled and grooved break disks were not fitted to the car as standard is it legal to fit them for use on the road in the UK? I am sure people do but I want to be legal, the last thing I need is the cops on my case.

TwinZ (peru) Rear bumper with diffuser
Not a good idea copying peoples work like that, might be part of the reason why they are not keen to let many go if people keep copying their work. Didnt someone copy their front bumper and stuff them over? I might be wrong but if I had put all that work in I would want to see something for it.

does he keep or not???
I wish my missus would let me get a Z back I have been trying to convince her, its not really practical with 2 young children but she will be driving soon fingers crossed so hopefully she will change her mind all she wants is a 4x4 right now though and is even trying to get me to get rid of my lexus. If a woman says keep a Z keep it! I had one my problem is getting one back she knows how obsessed with it I will be, he he

to LPG or not to LPG
I would not bother it will run a little hotter, plus there is more to go wrong and to be worthwhile you need to invest in a good lpg system so looking at £2k from a decent installer. It seems a bit of a false economy now too lpg is around 63p litre now, just over 1 year ago i was paying 45p you have to do some serious miles to earn that back counting z maintenance too. It might be best to buy a cheap economical run around. Si is right too a filler would look crap on the side of a z. I hate the look on most cars hence the reason I got my mk1 GS300 filler fitted under the rear bumper. you could opt for a filler that just goes in the boot but thats a bit naughty. Quite a few range rover and X5's have that though so you can not tell that they have LPG.

International calling card? Anyone used one?
Hi Si check out 18185 at http://www.18185.co.uk that might save you a lot I have started using this service after using various cards and numbers etc. The other alternative might be paying £5 to by if you have them for home phone per month where you can get free calls to USA, but that wont help you with the Argentina side of things. Also check out vonage on vplan5 USA and Argentina landlines are included for £20 per month unfortunately not mobiles. The other thing to watch out for is that with some services if you call a uk number that re diverts providers are getting clever on this and charging you anyway so you dont save. there is one provider I cant remember the name of at the moment but I will post again when I remember and they provide you with a dedicated number for each phone number you want to call which I believe gets around that problem. Maybe 18185 they are showing 10p min to mobiles and 6p min to fixed lines right now.

Chrome platers
There will be loads in the blacvk country area around dudley and birmingham way you just need to do a drive round factory estates ask a few people locally or pick up a phone book. go and have a word then and they will probabaly to you something for a good price. I see from your sig you are in the midlands so you are not far from where there are a lot of platers.

What REALLY grinds your gears?
I really, really, really hate drivers who slow to a near crawl when turning left into a side street in front of you. ARRGGHHH! Risking the driver behind you bumping into the back of you and getting equally irritated so if its an audi or bmw driver then often getting right on your tail, TO**ERS and its not even your fault. That then winds me up further. I wish I had a tank some days.

General Election 2010
I hope that if the tories get in that they dont just revert to their old ways. I was shocked at their party conference, all slick and talk of change on stage only to look at the audience, same old people with old views that will sink this country into a deep recession. Come on guys whoever gets in its make or break time. Small and medium businesses need real support aswell as the self employed. I cant see who really is going to do that.
