Hi guys,

 

I'm not a 300zx owner, but at my place of work there is a blatantly stolen 300zx.

 

It's a highly modified Nissan 300zx GTR in Blue Fleck paint.

Custom bonnet

Custom Intercooler

Custom blue racing seats

Custom steering wheel

Loads of other mods

Bonnet is slightly open?

 

The steering column has been ripped apart, ignition barrel showing.

There is some locking mechanism on the passenger footwell.

The bootlock is missing.

 

I've contacted the police and they say the car hasn't been reported stolen.

 

The car has been sitting in the same place for a few days. It has obviously been dumped there to see if it has a tracker. The thieves will be back soon.

 

I suggest a mod sends this out to all members. Get in touch with me if this is your car!!!!

 

I can provide a photo if required.

sounds a bit dogey....probably good to get some pictures maybe someone here might recognise it. Maybe this thread could me moved to the Zed related section as i think more members will see it.

Well I imagine it would be stolen from the West Midlands area, because that's where it is now.

I'm also thinking of quickly buying a drill & new camera to set up some sly CCTV to catch the ****ers when they come back for it.

I would hope that if I were in the same situation then someone would be doing what I'm doing now :-)

top man for caring/posting.....but for my money it cant be a member on here he'd haved the p1ss ripped out of him by FunkiSi by now for that huge FMIC and holes in the nose panel ;) :whistling:

Hahahaa I was actually considering that! I could also do it on the grounds that it's a private parking space, and certainly not theirs!

& @Uno... I did laugh a little bit the first time I saw it. Still feel for the guy though!

There's a pic of her somewhere on my Flickr - a little out of date, though. Mostly it's bits and pieces uploaded from my phone though.

 

There's no pics of my new wheels, tyres, front bumper (to match the LCR rear bumper) etc yet though, sorry.

 

I'm slacking on the photos because I'm slacking on the car, lol. I still haven't fully finished the front bumper. It'll be a while til it's done because I want a custom seat badge fitted to an LCR grille... wish me luck.

Yeah i reckon you should do that, its a private car park so you can clamp them (as long as you not charging people i think) clamp it, leave your contact number and when they come to collect it ask for V5 lol.

Hahaa sounds like a good idea. Where can you get a clamp from for a decent price nowadays? Argos? lol.

ps think the bonnet is meant to be like that they sometimes do it for extra cooling!
