Turn it off, let it cool for a couple of hours and try again, could be yr cooling fans are gunked up and letting the processor run too hot. Ive seen overheating cause these issues before particularly if you havent installed anything recently. If that doesnt work i think pulling the hdd and putting it in another laptop as a slave may be the only way.

Took a trip over to Phutumsch's house today for a brew and a chat, we went for a blast on the M65 as it was dry i got chance to open the taps after Lee Dents work on my car........ooohh my what a difference i love my car, cant wait to see how she responds to a session with Noz ebc tells me we topped out at 14.6 psi boost.

I got it 2nd had with a load of other stuff, think it as £100. Lee Dent fitted it and set it up during my engine work. Its an older model, the new version has a colour display and costs into the £650 range.

I have the Blitz EBC, power meter and turbo timer units, all integrated, easy to change settings and displays, gives loads of info, only just been fitted so still getting used to using it but its straight forward enough. Not the best photo but you get the idea

Perhaps if some of these people counter sued for deformation of character, loss of earnings and personal trauma some of these cases might actually only get to court if the propper evidence is in place to prosecute. I know if someone wrongly accused me of such crimes and wrecked my career i would make damned sure i got substantial damages in return.
