Hi all Its summer time so we got all the cars gassed up today. I have come across a guy who is awesome based in Kent but he has a van and comes to us. He does the old gas and the new systems too. He doesnt just gas up the car or walk away when its not working, he actually cut some pipe out of my rangey and put a new piece in to get it working! on our drive! Hey guys The aircon guy came round to gas up all the cars and it turns out the Zed had a leak. He traced it to the following valve which was on a pipe front right of the car heading towards the headlight. It unscrews and it looks like something that was attached to it is now missing as there is just a hole in the top. Can anyone identify it please. Then tell me where I can get a new one. Thanks muchly

Hi mate You get a dummy maf with the doolz kit so you can run with one maf. Then you need to get your ecu chipped. I understand the chip doubles the output from the maf. I had mine running with a map sensor and two dummy mafs. You would need an aftermarket ECU to run that setup though. Cheers bud

Hi mate First one stalling: Does it have dump valves in place or recircs? If yes check the rubber caps they used to block off the pipes, these are prone to failing and cause the car to stall after going onto boost. Also check your IACV is working (do a search) Whistling noise sounds like a boost leak Finally get it up to Zedworld I'll bet it will be running like a dream after a week in Jeffs hands!

Hi mate For the number plate I use velcro as then you can whip it off for track / event type things where you dont want you plate on display or in pics.

Hey mate I have Ksports 8 pot calipers with 350mm disks up front and 6 pots with 330mm disks at the back and they are excellent. I cant recommend them highly enough. Happy for you to have a look / try if you want as your only up the road.
