No longer have a Zed, both had standard flywheels as far as I knew mate.

Had this on both my Zeds, and no garage could ever find an issue, bizarre as I've spoken to other owners with the same thing!

Lewis hasn't switched yet, that's not till 2025.

If it's the turbo, check the boost hoses and see if there is any oil in there, depending on a leak you will have oil in the hoses.

No worries bud, oil pump is something we don't ever really think about on cars, water/coolant pumps usually get changed, but you tend to forget about the oil pump with it being away in the depths of the engine. Safe to say it will be good for many a year once you have finished it ?

All looking fantastic mate! You may have mentioned already, but what was the main issue that had caused the engine trouble, was there anything specific, or just wear and tear over the years?

I kind of like the brighter blue, even though TK3 blue is darker on mot cars I've seen. Stonechip is something badly missed on modern cars, so much rust and damage is caused lower down on cars due to no stone chip and no mud / splash guards, used to be common place!

Good find that, would have ruined all the hard work when it rusted through!
