Ah even when i come to buying a zed the mini is staying...she is with me till death or till the corrosion eats her heart! And woldnt really be able for a zed yet with insurance as im on a provisional!

Ah its goin spot on....failed my easa module 6 exam which was just materials and hardware...waiting on result for the maths back at moment and studying for physics....head is melted. Not sure on the work load to be honest havent seen the hangar in months! last time there was a load as they started a C or D check(cant remember which) on a gulf air plane and grounded the fleet of 9 due to bad corrosion so were rebuilding the whole lot to standard!

Oh right! was on autotrader.ie and noticed a place in wexford with two 1992 zeds.....one 3950with leather and one 2950 without leather both twin turbo's??? thinking it might be time to sell the mini...buy the cloth interior one and use the rest on the extra insurance plus maybe a loan to fully cover insurance costs! Ah im keeping ok...put the mini off the road for winter so driving a friends 99astra....ugh need quicker accelration!! any news??

Hi trish...long time no talk! Was up your way a while ago with a friend from tallaght and we got talking about zeds and i said about yours and he mentioned about a red zed in a gharden in clondalkin. He took me round thinking it was you but when we got there it wasnt....the house was near a roundabout if its any help....any ideas??

Spotted it in the car park of the local shopping centre, had a quick word with the owner...he knew of the site but didnt ask whether the previous owner was on the site so jus wondering?? The chap seemed quite young but said he had had a licence for 3 years.

Strange the way he doesnt mention that the car actually used to be orange and was originally featured in modified motors in October 2004! it has been doing the rounds for a while! Last time i heard a lad in Wexford was selling it for 15000euro and that was after the spray job and everything so i wuld say someone trying to make a quick bit of money!
