Got an interview today at 10.30 to do an aircraft maintenance technician apprenticeship with SR Technics in Dublin Airport. Cant wait to get it over with but over the moon that they want to interview me so just decided i would share!

Well was having a look and they seem to be easy enough to get hold of! found a website that has all engine parts and they have it advertised at £255 which when put to the price of the car is reasonable with me!

Bril. i found an ad for a 1999 rover 200 that the ecu has gone in and he looking for 250euro! take it the car wont drive without the ecu working?

So by rights it SHOULDNT be the hardest repair in the world? Once the parts are found it comes down to just unplus, plug in new one??

Got a query! What is the ECU?? i know its something in the engine but what does it do? How hard would it be to replace on a rover 200??

Just booked my theory test for my provisional licence!! Its on the 31st July....Step 2 find the theory test cd rom!!! Cant wait to do it....well gonna get 40 out of 40!

Might be the whing that i live over here! Ah paper 1 should be ok...its just write a letter, write a story, answer 2 comprehensions both with 5 questions! Downside to it...its all in bleeding irish!
