  1. Deposit paid just now. :)
  2. Worth any kind of punt, you think...? Or not...?
  3. I've seen this and it seems almost too good to be true! Anyone got any thoughts or advice for a Zed newbie...?
  4. My deposit will be paid in the next day or two. :)
  5. I can't wait to have a manual box in, mate...!! But yeah, I'm enjoying some open-top rapid motoring so far. :)
  6. If it had been last week, it could well have been me as that's my usual route to and from work. But I haven't used the Zed for work this week yet.
  7. I'm trying to find some background on my motor, but don't have a lot of (any) paperwork for her. :( The previous owner said that Zedworld had serviced and "tuned" the car back in 2006 (before he bought the car) but I've spoken to them this afternoon and they're drawing a blank on the number plate. The car was imported in 1999. I've no idea if it's a former club car or not, so this is just a bit of a longshot really. Registration is FAZ 323 - don't know if that's the reg it got when it came to the UK or not. She's a black LWB auto TT, but she looks like she's been silver in a previous incarnation... Anyone know anything.....??
  8. All the best for the future. :) Guess I'd better ring you pretty sharpish if I want to get some history on my car...!!!
  9. No silly spoilers here, but I do want a small lip on the boot of some description! Has anyone got any recommendations for a ducktail type spoiler? Or does anyone have one of Car Mad's smooth spoilers fitted so I can see some more angles please...?
  10. A bird or the bird...? ;)
  11. Errr... what now???
  12. I'm just trying to think of ways to get some hot air out of there...
  13. This thread ties in quite nicely to something I was considering: could it be worthwhile to have my bonnet louvred? And does anyone know if Kool Louvres are still in business...??
  14. Mine was waiting for me when I got home today :) Thanks muchly!
  15. Next real change for me will be a manual conversion, cos this slushbox is getting right on my chebs!! The new project....?? :detective:
  16. Gotta try these things though! Now, if anyone has any tips for getting the sealing tar in these out of dog fur.........
  17. Using the "How To" on here, I've detango'd my rear lights. :) What a nightmare job!! I'm just gonna buy some crystal rears in the future!!
  18. 1. Hollings 2. Mondo 3. sumshiftyguy 4. evilanger ---------- £594 ---------- 5. KJZ32 6.300zx_666 7. 8. 9. ---------- £559 ---------- 10. 11. 12. 13. 14. ---------- £524 ---------- 15. Price is going down... :)
  19. Where on earth do you get those from...?? And thanks, Baz: pictures like that make me want to forget keeping the car looking standard!!!
  20. What happens to the perspex strip when the 89 spec's fitted...?
  21. That's probably what I'm going to opt for, to be honest. Or one of Car Mad's variants on the 89 spec.
  22. Something like this (but maybe a little smaller): http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NISSAN-180SX-200SX-ROCKET-BUNNY-DUCK-TAIL-REAR-SPOILER-/360503526575?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item53efaf44af#ht_2871wt_818
  23. Ok, I've been looking at my new toy over the last few days and I'm thinking she could benefit from a boot spoiler. I don't want anything too garish or lairy... something nice and subtle would be ideal :) Are there any "ducktail" options available for these? I just fancy something small to break up the enormous expanse of flat that is the end of the bootlid. I'm not struck on the 99 spec spoiler or the pedestal-type that were fitted from (I think) 94 on. And definitely no hi-level jobs either! Bless me with your knowledge and wisdom please, people! :)
  24. A 206CC...? They're virtually a 2-seater car - the rear seats are beyond tiny!
