It looks that way, ive had the car over a pit and got a mirror up there and everything above the sump to block seam, is nice and dry and once the car is up to temp you can see a small run of oil coming off the flat section of the sump on the pass side if that makes sense, Im thinking of whipping the gearbox off at the weekend and having a good look, if its something I can fix with box off then great if engine has to come out im half way there anyway.

Need a couple of 265/35/ZR18 tyres looking for something like Pireli PZero's dont need to be new can be part worns just need to get through MOT Anyone know any good suppliers?? Who dont cost the earth?? Cheers Craig

Its very easy to convert original wiring to ISO, saves using adaptors

If we did 3/4 shows per year and tried to split them evenly across the country eg location / north south east west etc, more of the membership will at leat have the opportunity to get to a good show, Obviouosly this depends on what shows are available I know but it would make things a little fairer.

tbh I dont think it is the seal??? i seem to have a small oil run on the pass side of the sump, it sits on the level part of teh sump if you know what i mean and only drips after i move the car, its very strange, gonna try this oil additive in my run in oil before I change it in a few weeks and see what fifference that makes, failing that its engine out again :(

Ive had the car over a pit and cant see any oil anywhere above the sump gasket, and when the car is standing theres no drips, its got to be either rear crank oil seal (which is brand new) or from sump somehere, been told theres some good stuff you can put in the oil to help expand seals so gonna give this a try if not ill just have to yank the engine out again (sigh)

Only when engine is running and up to temp ive got an oil leak at back of sump. Pretty sure its not rear crank oil seal as this is new, Is it engine out job or can it be done in situ???? any advice Cheers Craig

Well im prepaired to travel but it wont be before this weekend as still have to change the rear tires before re mot so that wont be till friday at the earliest, But I reckon we do a pub local to Brokeback so we can at least see him coming round the mountain lol

Guess the question for you chap is what do you want to get for your money?? Seems like the majority want to get to more meets and actually get there cars out of the garage! The whole point is to get people out and enjoy shows, Not trying to be funny fella but if thats not what you are here for then, now's the time to get your ideas down for the few who dont attend shows.
