When you remove the egr just cut the flanges off the pipe grind them down and weld them up chap. cheaper if you have access to the tools only takes 10 mins.

Thanks for the offer pete, but in all honestly I'll prob keep it, if I went through the receipts I've prob spent over 15k over the last few years and to sell it for 6k just ain't worth it I'd be loosing far too much I know I'd never get what I I'd want so I guess I'll just have to keep it and spend more lol

Its not that I desperately need the money as im very nearly back to being straight after my stint of unemployment, its just when I move shortly im going to have alot less money to be able to play with her, and I know it will annoy me. Cars going to have to take a back seat for a while.

Unfortunately im considering selling the zed, I dread to think how much Ive spend on her but its over 10k in the last 2 years as theres very little that I havent replaced or upgraded, and she needs very little now to make her just about perfect, Engines running sweet as a nut just needs zedworld to give her the once over and get the AVCR setup. she has 12months 12 months tax. Looking at a new house and work is so busy. I havent completely made my mind up yet I just wanna get a feel for what its worth, I know ill loose a fortune. Take a look in my rides for full specs. just wondering Ever since I uploaded pics to my rides section as appose to having image links from Photobucket, The rides Icon in the bottom of my posts has disapeared?? Any ideas?? Cheers Craig

tried mine today with Koyo rad and you got absolutly no chance..:(

ideal time to do the water bypass and egr removal if you havent already. check and clean injector connectors, check PCV's etc

got these on my car and cant wait to get rid of them, the brake fade is awful

Ive learnt from the past on other forums, when and if I sell my zed I will never sell it on here, same as i'll never sell a car on a forum again, myself included forum members are the worst people to sell to because most have read an idiot's guide and think there gods gift and expect to pay feck all even when they know how much has been spent on a car. Some times were our own worst enemy, we want to get good money for our cars but slag off anyone who tries to get a good price, His mods might not be to everyones taste but its not a bad car for the money I reckon. just my 2p
