  1. It looks fantastic mate, and will look even better with those nice new rims on. Can't wait to see it. Oh - and be careful with that front bumper, you don't want to take a chunk out if it just yet!
  2. I know, I am just pulling your leg. If I got off my lazy arse then I could organise a meet!
  3. I am very seriously thinking about it! I think I prefer the look of my 17"s The only thing I can be sure about is my indecision!
  4. Is that GLC? BTW - happy birthday and have a good one Glenn...
  5. Looks really good Chris, can't wait to see it in the flesh. You are going to have to do something with the rims, and you are going to need to lower the whole car now. There is always something! Anyway, I have some nice 18" split rims for you if you like the black centres!
  6. All of those who are in Watford will have to come to the next local meet. Definitely a couple of you I have not met yet. Oi Darrell - when you gonna organise something? :slap:
  7. All I know about the filters are that they are imprinted with K&N on the top... *scurries off to find a couple of replacements*
  8. Thanks Anto, It's good to finally know what it is. I presume they are quite rare/expensive?
  9. That is a little disgusting!
  10. From what I can gather from the above they were standard from the factory?
  11. I'm going to Donnington in July and I will be removing the headlight panel to get more air to the filters and to flow through the rads. But I also want to know, is it worth insuring for the track day?
  12. What were Nissan thinking? Firstly - tweed ? WTF is that about? :slap: Secondly - only illuminating the window up button. Why would you not just do the down button too? and even the passenger side? You got to love those crazy jap engineers...
  13. Have a good one and sink a couple of these :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:
  14. Mine is a 1992 and only the up part still lights up. I presume that both up and down worked originally?
  15. I'm confident you could run 16/17psi all day long with that setup, especially seeing as you are running rich there should be no problems with detonation...
  16. I visited this garage on Saturday and I have to say, they have a fantastic setup at this place. I'm sure the end result is going to be just great. Anyway, now I am thinking hard about a respray too!
  17. Have a good one Dave...
  18. Looks really good John...
  19. That's probably not a bad guess. The rad in their is an ARC unit. And you are correct, they are K&N filters. And yes I will get some new clean ones ASAP. Thanks to all of you for the abuse. LOL.
  20. Yeah Yeah, I knew I would get criticsm! Does anyone actually know aht make it is?
  21. As above, I know it is aftermarket but I am not sure what make it is. Can anyone shed any light?

  23. Exactly, if you can afford to drive a zed you can afford a £20 sub! :wack:
  24. My only contribution is make sure you can afford to do it first. I know that you're not a stupid bloke and you will come to the right conclusion. You want new tubs! :wack:
