Hello mate! That tunnel has to be the best place in the world to open the windows, drop it down a couple of gears and listen to the V6 roar. It's good to get 2 zeds going through at once. I have two HKS SQQV dump valves on there. I don't think they really do anything except make a good noise. You can fit them to an auto but you have to come off the throttle for them to dump. It's about time us hertfordshire boys had a bit of a meet. It's been a while since the last one. Good to know there is another zed in the local area...

The copper who pulled me over was actually a really nice guy who used to own a 420bhp cosworth so he understood the situation. In fact he was almost apologetic about giving me the fine! :D

Sorry Nick, Yes I knew it was illegal and I am HAPPY to pay the fine. I just wanted to whinge about the fact the coppers seem to have nothing better to do! At the end of the day a £30 fine is less than the cost of my last speeding ticket and only half the cost of a tank of petrol. I'll get over it. :D Lucky he didn't pull me over a mile down the road where I was doing 150MPH, smoking a crack pipe while texting on the mobile... :D

They are 3/4 size on the front. I knew this wasn't strictly legal but it means more air can flow through to rad and oil cooler etc. I now have to sort out a new plate but don't want the normal size plate. Does anyone know if it is legal to use a "stick on" plate like Wozzer uses?

could be that the connection has broken where it fits onto the sensor. right at the front of the engine in the middle. there are 2 that look similar, just make sure they are connected ok. HTH...

I saw this on breakfast TV too. Love the pic by the way! I don't really care if I offend some of the female members, I hate the way most women follow the fashion trends. They read vogue and cosmo and grazia and decide to buy the same fookin shit that everyone else in the UK is wearing. A perfect example is boots being tucked into jeans. WHY? yes boots with heels look great, but either wear a skirt and show them and your legs off or just pull the jeans over the top. Why do the same as everyone else in the UK? I could rant about this all day. I never have and I don't think I ever will understand women!

I put the TT setup on my old NA, can't say it made a noticeable difference. The only reason I did this was because it was cheaper/easier to find the TT parts!

My problem with the 99spec front is that it just doesn't drop low enough, you notice this especially if you have side skirts. I always liked the look of Friday's modified one...

That does look good. It would look soooo much better with an aftermarket front end and some 99 spec rear lights. The geordie one is right, if you sell it and buy something else you will soon find you miss the zed. With the above mentioned mods you would have a truly beautiful Zed...

Here here! I have the SE K850i and I'm very happy with it.The media centre/mp3 playback is awesome...

I've had both. The manual feels like more of a sports car, whereas the auto is great for eating up the motorway miles. Manual with a stock clutch is fairly easy to drive in traffic and you will find it easier than the evo because it has more low down torque. HTH...
