  1. upload the pic to photobucket then paste IMG code from there
  2. you don't need one if you are doing less than 110mph over the line ( around the mid 13s). Not that they check much
  3. They have been making them for years. i think I saw my first one about 4 years ago http://www.howitshouldhaveended.com/videos http://www.youtube.com/user/HISHEdotcom/videos?view=1
  4. Take the MR2, hope it was a good one
  5. Add me to the datascan list, just need to figure it out a bit Cyberbean Cambridge
  6. Will Datascan let me read the cars map data?
  7. Worked a treat. The free versions don't let you do much but now I know they are working. - - - Updated - - - Got it from Ebay is a usb adaptor one.
  8. I just got a datascan cable but when I plug it into my consult port Datascan didn't find my ECU. I ran the Finf ECU option . Only the red light was on the connecter and I have an Impul ECU. Tried the free version of Conzult as well but nothing.
  9. want to but dodgy turbo makes me say no :(. Was fun when I was in denial about it but know I know not keen.
  10. Cool then I have the right one.
  11. That will get us a big vote on best stand!
  12. That's the FAQ that I was following but got confused when getting conflicting information.
  13. Getting a bit confused I connected the resistor to the connecter that I have put the blue arrow on, but in the engine by numbers FAQ the det sensor is labeled as number 26. Which one is correct?
  14. thats what I plan on doing Thax bud
  15. thanx for the help guys will see how I go. Only going to be temp as I need to replace my tubs over winter so will fit a new senor and harness while I'm at it
  16. That's the side I put it on but is also the side with the cut wire so by the look of it i'm making a full circuit to nothing. Taken it out for a test and still not going above 7.5 psi. Should get my consult cable tomorrow so can plug it in and have a better view
  17. Have done that, just to check the resistor goes onto the male side of the plug?
  18. Been out to fit the resistor and it looks like the black cable coming out of the plug has been cut! Is this what is likely to be causing my code 34 rather than the sensor itself?
  19. The speedo and power steering problem will be related to eachother. The delimiter, if it has one, might just need moving to a different 12volt wire. Had that problem on my NA changed it over and no probs since Does it have an aftermarket wheel? The cruise control controls are on the standard wheel so without it you can't use the crusie settings.
  20. By the looks of thing my Zeds previous owners couldn't agree on whether to use blue or pink, so now I have a bit of rust and brown stuff in mine. Whats the best way to flush the whole lot out and start again? Would taking off the water pipe hoses be the best and easiest to get to, as I need to take these off anyway to fit some silicon hoses anyway?
  21. Welcome along mate,. Loving the wheels BTW :)
  22. Are they pink to match the car?
  23. Read somewhere that fitting a EBC would also bypass the det sensor, is this better as a more permanent fix?
