I can only pass my own views towards the police. They are there to uphold the law and in that they are protecting us from crime? :bow: Now its a fact of life that in any profession someone will abuse their position and use it for personal gain (whatever that gain may be) Power, fianacial, sexual or just another rung up the ladder, and to do so is a crime in itself. Therefore I have no problem at all in being open towards you as a police officer/fellow Zed owner and Bragging that I may have just done 205 MPH on the M25 or taking a roundabout at the speed of sound? But should that eventually get me nicked then I think you would be abusing your position on this forum? If on the other hand I was to bragg about beating up an old lady or breaking into someones house then I would expect you to act and have me nicked. I would call it taking the piss out of a twat that thought he could get away with conning fellow car entusiasts. Nothing on this site can be done to ease the financial loss of those that partisipated in the scam so the next best thing to do is make light of the situation and hope he gets whats coming to him. the Farce is the fact that the raffle never existed IMO and he knew exactly what he was doing in the first place. one day they might discover why they do this? its a shame but obviuosly a consequence of nature. Every attempt to save them I have heard of when a whale beaches itself have been futile.

As some know I have a Volvo S80 and I have been having some slight porbs with it running quite rough on tick over (surging) as it has a tiptronic auto box its rather dodgy as you become relaxed the car suddenly surges and I almost hit another car up the arse the other day :D Anyway I took it to a local garage and they said they knew what to do. They had the car on thier (??) £9000 (??) diagnostics computer and it wouldnt recognise the car?? They apparently sprayed the MAF inside with brake cleaner and now it will hardly run at all. Same problem but far far worst. ADVICE TIME: would this suggest that it was infact the MAF and do you think they are t055ers for doing what they did? Vini
