  1. A130 is a great road but often hidden police can ruin a good run (especially with all those chavvy Southend Scooby boys around). There is an old air field near birch I used to use but the condition of the road is awful.
  2. 6'5" actually mate (close though :)) Its the pregnant gut I have and lack of energy that make me want to change. When I was an arborist about 14years ago, I was in great shape :(
  3. Your doing a great job considering your doing it on you own mate!! When I used to wrap, I probably wouldn't have attempted that on my own ( but then if I had ****ed it up my boss would have killed me and I had at least 5 vans a day to do).
  4. I'm going on a bit of a health kick recently, and am just fed up of being constantly lazy and tired. Started by giving up the fags( not gays.... Still love a bit of bumming ) swapping my snacks for nuts/seeds/veg, tried using my bike for work (until i broke it within a day), joining the gym and now insanity.
  5. I have had my copy of insanity for a while now (thanks again TBTrev), but have been putting it off due to laziness! Well..... I weighed myself the other day only to find I've gone up to 15 stone! (Usually fluctuate around the 13 -13 1/2), so thought to myself its about time I gave it a go. F@#k me sideways...... I must be so unfit cause it absolutely ruined me!
  6. That's a very nice clean and simple steering wheel you have si. Me likey!!!
  7. I assumed the spliff was in the original pic due to Russ living so close to Southend :)
  8. +1 I got a cambelt off jeff the day I bought my TT just so I don't have to worry about getting the wrong 1! (Still haven't fitted it after over a year!?)
  9. I had to get a body shop to make them from scratch (internal and external) when I had mine done last year.
  10. Impul for me too, but i'm also biased
  11. If it wasn't for me needin at least 3 seats, then Derek could have my TT auto and I'd have your n/a manual (damn kids :))
  12. Got any of her vids? Phone number? :whistling:
  13. Renault.... The most unreliable cars in the world! ( not just turbo's ones)
  14. Could do with going a little lower mate. Love those wheels though! Plus get some clear or black side markers in the rear bumper
  15. A load of old guys pratting about on kids toys in a very crowded place, sounds like fun!
  16. Hope you have a great anniversary getaway weekend mate She said not to arrange a meet, but if people were to find out where you'd be and turned up without warning.......
  17. That looks like so much fun Russ! Pretty sure if I did that on the way to work I would laugh of work all together!!!!
  18. I had to use my zed for work again today, not because I can't handle riding the bike though! I actually left the house on the bmx, got half way (ish) and the back wheel seized up, so walked the bike back and with a little smile on my face fired up the zed. Bmx is already at the repair shop so should be back riding again in no time :)
  19. First ride of the bmx this morning and....... I was absolutely f#@ked by the time I got to work! Would have been worse if I was still smoking though! And Mr bolt, I know the seat needs lowering but until my fitness returns to me, I am going to need it to stay where it is
  20. I have been here no where near 10 years
  21. Thanks for your support guys n girls, will do my best not to injure myself
  22. ...... To take me to work and back (unless its raining:lol:). Since giving up smoking at Christmas I have slowly been putting on more and more weight due to snacking when I would usually have a fag. So the time and weather has come to stop using the zed everyday to do the 4 miles to work and try and lose some of the weight I've put on round my waist! For those who have met me know that I'm not exactly short, at 6'5" in far from it in fact! So you may think my choice in bikes is as bit odd.... Yes.... A bmx :) I do own a mountain bike but find it a bit boring to ride, hense the reason for buying this earlier. Hopefully due to my size I will find it impossible to sit down while riding this, therefor having to work harder to get anywhere and getting a better workout. I did have a Raleigh burner when I was younger which I used to use on the ramps, so maybe once I've got some of my fitness back, I'll give that another try. Anyway.... Wish me luck
  23. There are a couple of Ipswich lads on here, I'm sure they will show there faces soon.
  24. Happy birthday mate.
