Possible locations of a boost leak?
Thanks Mark - may take you up on that. It's definitely a big leak or (I suspect) a pipe has popped off or become disconnected somewhere.. Or (as stated above) my compressor just isn't up to the job... :( CheerZ Steve :)

Possible locations of a boost leak?
LOL - they're Greddy side mounts Jeff and I remember SMW1 leaving off the ducting and related bolts when he fitted his. I made sure I didn't make the same mistake ;) It's definitely hidden away somewhere else (or my compressor is too puny  ) BTW I was hoping that the front bumper would go back on without a hitch - you've got me worrying now :D CheerZ Steve :)

Possible locations of a boost leak?
Hi fellas Have "recently" fitted new intercoolers and removed my carbon canister and before I put it all back together I've used my boost leak detector (for the first time) to check the intake system for leaks. I'm using a small compressor but I'm getting no positive pressure at all  All of the relevant intake pipes were blocked during the CC removal and the ICs are on securely. I'm pretty sure that I had a leak before the IC install (possibly after my Apexi BOVS went on  ) as I was only getting about 7psi on my aftermarket gauge  Does anyone have a diagram showing the complete routing of the vacuum lines and pipes which make up the intake system or is it just a case of being methodical and following them all? Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated! CheerZ Steve :)

No way - I actually look forward to driving in the wet now! Set it to 15% slip and floor it round a roundabout. No feeling like it  And you can always switch it off altogether ;) Steve :)

Rear light removal.
Run a stanley knife around the gloop and slowly prise them away Si. It's a PITA and takes time but they should come away with no problem.. Steve :)

Policewoman shot!!!!!!! Hmmmmm
The examples you give above would all be classed as accidents Vini. Was it an accident that some scrote shot and killed this PC? It's another example of disregard for law and order and the increasing gun culture in this excuse of a country. I agree, reintroducing national service and the death penalty would go along way to improving this sorry state of affairs... Steve :(

chat room
Had a look at the chat facility on the ZClub and it's really pretty good. It's a $5 investment and pretty easy to integrate with Vbulletin. http://www.tufat.com/script2.htm I rarely use MSN, but this may inject a bit of life/interest back into the forum. CheerZ Steve :)

Was wondering the same thing. I'm feeding my boost gauge pipe, oil pressure pipe, water temp sensor and front fog switch. Not sure how much you can actually feed through the bonnet release without risking fouling or possible abrasion of the cables/pipes... On top of this, my Profec B bits are going to have to follow a similar route  IMO it's a PITA to go through the passenger side - open to suggestions though.. Steve :)
