  2. C'mon - you know you want to ;) Steve :) * EDIT * I'm sure you know the way to Essex by now...
  3. No probs fella - see you there! Steve :)
  4. Great news Iain - glad you've got her back ok! Steve :)
  5. Yeah Rich - what's this I hear about you being in Croydon outside my house yesterday? FFS I've only just got the restraining order against James300 sorted - I don't need any more aggro!   Steve :)
  6. I think that Steve Pud was also bringing his Mrs Steve :)
  7. Will be having a final push later this evening to see if I can sort it :( If you unbolt the black canister, surely it's movement is still resticted by the metal pipes it's connected to..? I've not actually unbolted it yet as it's aircon related.. Steve :)
  8. Paul, I'll be leaving mine just before 11:30. Give me a buzz on 07977 431401 if you want to drive up in convoy... Sure I emailed you about this bud :slap: Steve :)
  9. Oops, just found a little more info... Bloody typical - I'm a business customer :(
  10. Just got a press release from BT - this bit is the most interesting... Looks like the changes will be taking place over the next couple of months :nana2: About bloody time ;) Steve :)
  11. I've put up a thread for a quick show of hands for this meet here See you all on Sunday! Steve :)
  12. We've had a good response to the Lakeside meet this Sunday. Just wondered who is definitely going to be there so we have an idea of numbers? Meeting will be at the Chafford Hundred Pub at midday on Sunday 13th Feb. Map to the pub is here Good food for Sunday lunch and a nice big car park! Other halves, kids and 350Zs welcome as always. Stick your name below if you're going to be there... CheerZ Steve :)
  13. Thanks fellas! I've had a closer look at Mark's pics and I'm going to try to get this sorted today. If it works, I may not need the silicone Paul - will let you know as soon as poss bud! Don't go searching for any just yet! CheerZ Steve :)
  14. lol - That's just crazy talk! I'm going to try one last time to get the mutha on today. CheerZ Paul! Steve :)
  15. No probs Rich - there is no way it can be fitted with the bracket attached. I spoke to Chris (GetGreddy) earlier in the week and he seems to think it's a UK car thing. MarkZX seems to have done something clever with the hose angle on his one. :( I'll keep you posted... Steve :)
  16. BTT - I'm fairly sure that this will be ok, but a second opinion would be much appreciated ;) Steve :)
  17. Have had the car off the road for 2 weeks now fitting my BOVS and I've had to abandon the job whilst I order some silicone hose  Not sure if anyone would have done this before, but would there be any problem running one BOV and one original recirc for a week or so until I can finish the job properly? CheerZ Steve :)
  18. FFS - I give up! I have cut the bracket off the driver's side pipe but the angle of the BOV means that the vacuum pipe on the tip is pressed hard up against my 99 spec front mesh  I think the only way to get it installed properly will be to buy some 30mm silicone hose from somewhere (Smithy?). Meanwhile, I'm going to put it all back together and run one BOV and one recirc. Shouldn't cause any problems as they are independent... Steve :)
  19. Nice one Rich! Let me know if you need any help from the South East bud! Steve :)
  20. Looks great Mike - top work and great attention to detail  Steve :)
  21. DelCMOS is a boot sector virus so will be memory resident as soon as the machine starts from the hard disk. There are some removal instructions here. You basically have to to create a clean boot disk and then recreate a clean master boot record. HTH Steve :)
  22. lol - good work fellas! Will take another gander tonight. Many thanks Steve :)
  23. lol - assume we are both talking about the black cylinder thingy? If so it's a good job I didn't take the fooker off last night  Looks like I don't need the CC Removal Article then ;) CheerZ Steve :)
  24. Thanks Eric! Please see pic below. The pipes I have been supplied protrude almost exactly to the electical connection on the side of the CC. I can't see any other way of fitting the DS valve  Steve :)
  25. I'm having to remove my carbon canister so I can get my A'pexi BOVS plumbed in properly  I've found the TwinTurbo.net article but the hosting for the pics doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone know of any other tech docs for this or have any of their own pics? Even a print of the original article would be great! Any help or advice appreciated! CheerZ Steve :) * EDIT * Has anyone done this without removing the front bumper?
