  1. Thanks for the suggestions guys. Joel, general engine assembly. Sump, rocker covers etc.
  2. Any recommendations on which RTV to use?
  3. Have you hot an agreed value, or do you now have to deal with all that nonsense?
  4. Gutted for you Lee! The position of that wheel doesn't look good...
  5. Good effort that man, glad it's ok
  6. I'd imagine so, but best check with Luke in the morning
  7. Speak to Luke at Zcentre, I'm sure he has the auto down pipes bud
  8. If you're doing a build thread for the Escort post a link
  9. Thanks Jeff. I'm trying to clarify if when viewing the Throttle Closed gauge on a Consult program, which only has a 0 and a 1 as readings, does the 1 mean the hard idle switch has engaged? At the point where it's just turned to 1 I can only get a reading of 0.3something volts on the TPS voltage gauge?
  10. The output option for that module is either 0 or 1. That's what I'm trying to determine! It should be set to 0.4-0.5v as I mentioned in the first post.
  11. I'm after one of these adjuster screws from the linkage ASAP please. Some legend has replaced my passenger side with a bolt that's way too short.
  12. Hey guys, can someone clarify that when the 'CLOSED THROTTLE' module is selected we're looking for the reading to be '1', same as a multimeter to show continuity? Pretty sure my TPS is rooted as I can't get 0.4-0.5v when throttle is closed. Presuming it's a 1 for closed?
  13. Not being sarcastic, but what does that all mean starting with an ip camera? How much would a kit like this cost me? It's a great picture! Show us a night one as well.
  14. Cheers Jeff, another question, are you talking a piece of 2x4" under the brake pedal when bleeding?
  15. Nice one Jeff, thanks. When you say 'inspect the inside of the cylinder', what should we be looking for? Do they wear out increasing the bore or can they get scored etc?
  16. As the engine is back together and in the car, can it be replaced without removing the retainer it sits in? I really don't want to be disturbing the seal around the sump if I can help it.
  17. Si, I didn't realise you were the tree hugging Glastonbury type! I grew up near Evercreech and went to Strode College, fantastic part of Somersetshire, I love it, especially Wilkins Cider out on the moor ;)
  18. Easier to just get this and fit it bud http://www.zcentre.co.uk/~zcentre/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.pbv.tpl&product_id=32&category_id=3&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=7
  19. You'll need to sort something for the fog light as well if your running the UK setup. Either a bolt on like the JDM come with or a modification to the centre panel which Phutumsch can sort for you
  20. Jap all the way for me. UK without fog lights would be alright but those inset fogs make it look hideous IMO
  21. Nice one thanks bud If anyone has a pair let me know here please http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?182809-Pair-of-2-5-quot-front-pipes-wanted&p=1888041#post1888041
  22. I'm after a pair of non-cat front pipes please. PM or post your price including delivery unless you're close to Norwich
  23. I love the Aston Jeff, I'm helping my friends rebuild one at the moment
  24. Hideous Gary!
