***Urgent Advice Needed Plz***
ffs... i hate it when ppl get ripped off. I really feel for you ammar I ordered a clutch from the usa last year, asked to be delivered to my works address (unit 3). The stupid courier company tried to deliver it to HOUSE number 3 on two mornings, and said they were out. I phoned them and asked where it was, told it was attempted to be delivered, had a worring few days where they couldnt find it on their system ffs, and i finally went to their depot to collect it just to make sure. I have little faith in couriers or postal service these days ffs.

Probably a ship, ocean liner or so. I think those things use turbocharged diesel two-stroke engines. Yes I have watched chris barry's massive engines on discovery..lol

Macca you have NO chance LOL
Iain, I have a Quaife catologue (omg that is cruelty to Z owners, the pages are even stuck together now ffs ;) ) In there they are 'only' £6k or so or the heavy duty model (wider gears, dog engagement etc etc). Oh, and dont forget, these straight-cut sequentials have approx 5% transmission losses, so you will GAIN around 10% RWHP by fitting one :D :D  not a bad thing eh??? :D I just saved you £2k....... what can you spend that on now?? Rob.

NZR IT help needed please.
I need a bit of help from you IT/networking guys here please. At work we have ADSL broadband. Our current setup is my PC has a PCI adsl modem, then our other PC is linked in with 10/100 NIC. Both PC's run XP pro and I use that to do home/office networking. Time for an upgrade i thought. So i get a router/adsl modem. http://s4.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=9411D092C757FAC7700DDA20DC2631A9 That is the link to the manual for it. It is the 4 port and + model. The problem I am having is i cannot get it to dial out and connect. It tries to, but fails every time. I can access it using ip 10.0.0.2 no problem. I am wondering what is the correct configuration to use, PPPoE, PPPoA, Bridge or Routed. I have no idea what these mean at all, so can someone shed any light on them please? Our old PCI modem was setup with PPPoA VCMUX, VPI 0, VCI 35. Works great. I have had 2 weeks trying to sort this lot out and have had enough now lol. I can generally get myself out of trouble with PC's, but this one has me stumped. Many thanks in advance. Robert.

NZR Win XP SP2
Installed SP2 on 2 pc's at work (AMD Athlon XP2400+XP, Pentium II 350). Both fine. Installed SP2 on 1 of my pc's at home (AMD Athlon XP2000+XP) and it had a fit. Internet explorer fooked up. Could not get it to load web pages. Could not fix, so managed to uninstall it ok. PC works ok and is back to normal. HTH Rob.

who got guy fooked
some kids on the way home from work thought it was a great idea to stand on the flat roof of the shops in hill top, wednesbury and shoot roman candles down onto the cars. :D Was quite funny actually :D But being all grown up ;) i would say highly irresponsible. :P Rob

Does the 300 have a fuel-shock accident cut out?
Fuel cut-out (inertia) switches usually take quite a bit to trigger them. Just bought a Honda Jazz smashed in the front, needs everything renewing/repairing on the front. That had tripped the fuel cut switch. I seriously doubt (if the Z even has one) the switch has been tripped by that very small bump. Look elsewhere to fix your problem. HTH Rob

Track Day - How much??
Ok, i will type this again 'cause my pc had a spac attack and died :mac1: I was told Darley Moor did track days years ago, you paid £1k (iirc) and you had the track for the entire day. Now i know they do a lot of club meetings for bikes around here, but I have seen cars on there. Top gear hired it for a day years ago and they had some Morris Travvelers with Fiat twin cam engines blasting around lol. May be worth a phonecall to see if we can have exclusive access to it for a day...... http://www.darleymoor.co.uk/ HTH....Rob.

clutch question
I have to say, back in 2003 i ordered a McLeoud sintered iron clutch from Avalon in the states, and I am sure a N/A clutch was sent as the cover plate bolt hole PCD was quite a bit smaller. I twigged when i looked at the online manual and saw the 2 are different. Doh. So I sent it back and got a refund :P
