I turned up at 2pm and there was no zeds there apart from me. I pulled up next to a couple of lexus' on the end, got out and asked a couple of chaps if there had been any other zeds. he said yes earlier but they had gone to the pub and not come back. Then he blanked me and started chatting to his mate. :xxx: I walked off to have a look at the line up of cars, Lexus', MR2's and a solitary GT4 Celica. Walked back to my car and left.

Does anyone have any HI-RES photos/scans of the HP Pavilion ZV5000 mobo? I just got my hands on one with the power plug fault and i see it has been 'repaired' already :mac1: I need trace the tracks on the mobo to see if i can solder an auxilary wire somewhere.

I think Subaru Impreza front brake pads fit stock calipers. I ordered some Greenstuff pads ages ago and on the box said Subaru Impreza, I double checked the codes and it was correct. Fitted perfectly.

Well ScabbyZ32........ My red car is doing the exact same as yours.... And I suspect exactly as Andy says above. I will be stripping the engine down very soon to assess the situation. Just out of interest, do you have a boost controller?

I have installed a few upgraded processors in existing systems now, the phsical side of it is easy, just remove and replace. I did not have to alter the BIOS at all, whatever mobo I was putting a faster CPU on always picked it up. What did throw a fit was Windows XP...... it gets so far and blue screens. The only way to fix this is to put in your windows CD Rom, boot off it and choose "windows repair" from one of the menus. It will go on it's way and install windows but keep all your files and settings. Hey presto in 90 mins you are back to where you were but with a faster CPU installed :) HTH Rob.

Raise both front or rear wheels off the ground while you change the dampers. This will eliminate the flex on the anti roll bar and make it A LOT easier to do. Fronts are a piece of pi$$ to do, rears are more difficult because you have to strip off all the boot plastics to get to the top of them.
