  1. Oooooo I thought registered users could still be PMed from subscribed members! I guess I've been away from here too long :P Jeff, that would be fab if you could do that! Thanks for the reply gary & Jeff
  2. Bump! Can anyone send him a PM on my behalf please and direct him to this thread??
  3. Hi all! This is my first post here for a while. Apologies for that! A couple of weeks ago I ran into a member by random, very nice chap, but I need to contact him again. he is leo-r32gts on here: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/member.php?16956-leo-r32gts He doesn't post a lot so I ask the rest of the members if they could possibly put me in touch with him?? Many thanks guys! Rob.
  4. Yep! That part will help him for sure.
  5. If they're radial mount they will not mount in the 'conventional' way like our stock caliper/R32/R33/R34/Z33 do. The bracket needed will be substantially different to mount them. HTH Rob.
  6. Ho Ho Ho, yes I did that once to a Peugeot 405 SRi and I won't be doing it again any time soon :D
  7. LOL!! Gotta love Ovlovs :D ;)
  8. Congratulations on your first post after 4 years and 2 months :D :D :hyper: Here's to October 2013........... ;) :duffer:
  9. OK this thread is getting worse. Now I'm looking around for ball bearing turbos!!! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/T61-Ceramic-Ball-Bearing-TURBO-Not-Turbonetics-Garrett_W0QQitemZ110421874140QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item19b5a815dc&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 I think I need a ban for a while before I do something daft and expensive!! One last thing though.... Do you have any pics of your MAF arrangement? :D :D
  10. Hmmm interesting :D lol What turbo is on the N/A car and how do you think it would perform on a TT? Tripple Turbo? :D :D:hyper:
  11. That's a really neat install! How does the MAF figure in the equasion though? is it suck through or blown through? You got me thinking now...... How about adding a big turbo to a stock turbo'ed Z, stock turbos for 2,500~5,500 rpm and the bigger rear turbo for 5,500++rpm! Damn... this might just cost money LMAO
  12. First of all congratulations for doing something a little bit different! Secondly, have you wound up the fuel pressure to get that HP output on N/A injectors? I'm confused because 'everyone' ;) says 270cc injectors are good for approx 280hp @ the crank, 370cc are good for 390hp etc Anyway, just sort the teething troubles out and it will be a decent setup. Regards, Rob.
  13. Interesting project! Are you saying you have stock 270cc N/A injectors & ECU still?
  14. That is the most awesome thing I have ever seen :D :D :D:hyper:
  15. I think they need a fair whack of current at startup to actually get the arc started, but then it drops down substantially in operation.
  16. Well good on you! But I did think the release date was December sometime.:slap:
  17. Check the MAF sensor under the nose panel. The plug is either loose or dirty, or it's stopped working completely!
  18. Are you sure you haven't ordered GT5 Prologue?
  19. Hmm.... Does he look like this by any chance? :D :D :mac1::dance:
  20. Damn. that guy needs a couple of black eyes and a holiday in hospital! Gutted for you.
  21. Awesome, thanks!!!!!! That's exactly what I was thinking Leigh, Si= if he can get it done :D
  22. It seems like Zairs' pic is either an early version of the IMSA racer or it's been slightly airbrushed here and there.. The rear on Si's pic seens much sharper than Zairs' for example. Si's has more sponsors graphics on, oh and Yokohama tyres stickers but Goodyears fitted :wack: Rear wings are different, bonnet too. Not to mention the exhaust exits differently. That said and done I think it's gorgeous! Proper purposefull styling. Low front splitter, wide arches enabling you to bolt on wide slicks and a huge rear wing to glue down the car at high speeds! Si, if you do see this car, just fill the bloody camera with pics and vids please :D :duffer:  I'd be interested in what kind of rear diffuser they run. :D Rob.
  23. How does fuel economy differ from manual to auto versions? This is an auto and does about 18.5mpg average!!!
  24. LOL it's nice to find someone in the same boat as me :D I'm gonna have to bend your ear on T5 tuning one day ;) I just got a 2001 X reg V70 T5 with less than 3,000 GENUINE miles on the clock. The MPG is already shocking :smash: but I'm interested in upping the power one day so looking for a bit of advice if you don't mind :D
