  4. from my experience yea... think of it its a 2litre turbo, ur always high-ish up the rev range.... i was 10-15 quid a day going from hamilton-motherwell
  5. wee davy will say the same... his evo used alot more fuel than his zed aswell
  6. no in my experience sandy...had 7 classics and the zed is a walk in the park in comparison, alot cheaper on the juice
  7. surely the same story with any other jap car of similar age tho? (imports of course) so still dosent justify it to me and after owning imprezas/evos for the last 8 years the zed "to me" at least is anything but expensive to own and mentain, im saving a fortune running the zed compared to when i owned the 2 mentioned above
  8. 70/30 going to be there, not 1 to be missed

  11. in all honesty the fiat coupe turbos are awesome little machines ill give you that... not a zed tho, anyway why not get some pics of the areas you are concerned about and get them on here and we will all be happy to comment and be totally honest with you, if its worth saving...as said before i for 1 wud be happy to sacrifice a day or 2 helping out
  12. yea i see what your saying bit sad really as the Z imho beats most other jap cars in near every aspect thats 1 reason i never sold up, i could never get a similar calliber car for the price of a Z people need educated
  13. well dude she is on the outskirts of glasgow.... thats what ya call taking a wrong turn
  14. is there any real reason why zeds are so damm cheap to buy? in comparison to a skyline or supra equivelant?, i do not understand it.... ive owned evos, scoobs and a skyline amoungst many many other jap cars and the Z is up there with the best if not the best of all.... really dont get it? so is there a reason?
  15. flashed the lights but you were consentrating immensly on the road lol, car looked good
  16. few of us in hamilton, sandy in bellshill, im sure if you supplied the beers everybody would be happy to make a day of it and get the work done

  23. V8's are awesome bud... thats not to say the v6 wudnt be sufficient.... go with what you feel for the build, both will return a great car
