  9. imho yes, speed limits dont really come into play as ur constantly hitting a hairpin or a 180 degree turn.. good drifty fun
  10. yea wales is pretty nice aswell, the applecross run is the 1 to go for !, possibly the best road in europe id say, that picture is just 1 tiny section..its miles and miles long to be honest anywere in scotland out with cities and big towns is excellent driving country, but applecross is meca
  11. you need to try loch lomond for nice scenery and some touristy stuff then you need to hit applecross for the driving experience...the sign says it all......
  12. seriously out of order !. id be down there in a heartbeat
  13. i believe they really do have a timeless design, and for me its for 2 reasons 1. most people still dont know what it is and never believe its age when i tell them 2. i stay next to a high school and all the kids off all ages think its some sort of new supercar and are always taking pics and shouting compliments. the car is a conversation starter, everybody from people walking past to people at the lights always want to ask questions or just show appreciation. compared to my other classics like my e30 or escort rs turbo you would never believe they were from the same time
  14. lol ...seriously.... can u not see em?
  15. good engines, same as the celica gt4, just check clutch, front suspension and make sure it heats up properly,,, they are prone for the thermostats going and u need to remove the oil filter to change it, also check all the elctrics are ok, other things prone to going are the alternators where oil from the rocker drips onto them...thats all the common stuff i think... good cars, reliable enough, not the most tail happy tho
  16. yup thought so, cheers for settling an argument
  17. not something im wanting to do or anything, just curious, can you sit in neutral and lift the revs then select d to get a bit of a launch? or is that a quick way to kill the box?
  18. just feedback ive got back from tuners, when they have had cars plugged in on a rolling road the gauge is nowhere near what the laptop/computer is saying
  19. temp, pressure and boost, the afr gauges aint accurate imo
  20. no but it looks stunning !!!
  21. ive tried it both in and out bud
  22. last 2 days when ive been going for the kickdown it seems to be only kicking down 1 gear, and im sure it was 2 before, no where near the same pull when u try to use it... any ideas? is it a sign of the box being on the way out?
