few carbon touches would sit well on the colour

had a small code brown emergency tonight! was sitting in traffic when the lights went green, so went to pull away and heard an almighty bang and then a constant kinda fizzle sound:cursing:. anyway pulled into a street a few yards down the road expecting death as the noise was seriously bad and was still doing it.... looked underneath...bone dry, lifted the bonnet to see that my bloody viscous fan had pulled a plastic bag of the street and tangled its self and was shredding it up and throwing it all over my bay:glare:. pulled it all off and all is well but what a scare i got, the noise was so loud i really was expecting the worst... but happy days:chinese:

ud need to get vosa to check the van and if some of the fails (like rust holes etc) dont fit in with the issue date of the mot then its probebly a dodgy ticket. other than that i doubht theres anything you can do

personally i always use premium fuel, dont know if yours is a uk or not, if that noise was on any other car id be saying it sounds nasty, but with the zed it could be somethig silly, sure some1 will advise better

VQ30det sounds a good move, as for the other 1 listed it dosent appeal to me, im never going to be chassing huge power! and dont fancy the running costs of a 4.5 v8. if i were doing any of the builds mentioned it would be to suit my needs, taste and driving style and for those reasons the rb25 is still a good option in my opinion

well mines was imported late 2007, has uk clocks now and they read 146k, so no idea what my millege is unfortunetely...engine is sweet as a nut tho

not just an exhaust note, but an easy engine to work on, with loads of space to tackle jobs
