if your making the pipes your self u can just add rim spots in the outer with your welder .. as the bead is not there for the seal just so the pipe dont slip off saves u buying a tool .. and in the real world yes it does make a huge difference

I'm afraid it wasn't the Rear journal thrust bearing wasn't made correctly all looked and felt ok but wasn't Hard as it should of been .. so engine out quick bearing change and crank regrind .. refit and now with 200 miles on the clock since Sunday just gone

Conrad .. you need to Bleed the Master ... then the small Block ... Then Slave ... as you have had it all apart you have let air in to the system all the way to the Master cylinder Mark

you must check the limits on the event day ... it does change .. but if you aim for 97db u will be well with in regs if they have a lower limit for that day more or less when there are event shows happening been on Donnington and castle combe both was 97
