maybe im about to blow out a massive secret
Id imagine it'll fit pretty well if you take 3/4 inches out the centre and the heat the corners to match the curvature of the front bumper then :) Good luck!

Ok, with regards to a standard bumper: Width wise the splitter appears to be spot on, however, at the corners the angle is greater on the splitter. So maybe a bit out the middle (2/3 inch) and it would fit good. Your 99 spec bumper is wider on the base though isn't it?? So on a 99 spec it would probably be spot on! Anyone close to Blackpool is welcome to come and offer it up to their 99 spec to confirm though :)

Oh and for armrest in an 850 you need to be looking for a GLT or CD spec..... If you can hunt down an 850 tdi (that's the Audi 2.5 lump) then if say you had a road trip car for life. They go forever! :)

What is the perfect roadtrip car for under £1k?
Volvo v40 99 onwards (facelift) have an armrest and diesel ones are available for that kind of money. The engines are renault...... But they are reliable. The petrol 1.8 is almost as good on fuel if driven properly (motorway etc) and they are a very reliable Volvo lump. Or if you need bigger go Volvo 850. Not so economical, but certainly not the thirstiest of cars. You'd struggle to kill any of those three I'd say. 850s were fully galvanised so shouldn't have any rust to speak of, v40s weren't quite as good but still never come across a rotten one..... Hope that helps :)

Jbl are always good though. If I remember rightly, it's door cards off for fronts....? Someone correct me if I'm wrong though :)
