Mine has just springs i think, the ride height is ok, but you feel the lack of rebound control on corners if you push it. rides nice 99% of the time though :)

I think I'd buy an IS if I didn't have the z32. That or an m5 :)

The IS is cool! Apparently the new ae86!! (not my words, drift kings!) I'm sure the mitsi will be a good bus with that engine it'll certainly be economical :)

I've had 7 and not one let me down. As I say, go try one, might surprise yourself. Guy at work said the same as you and nearly bought a BMW. He has had his Volvo v40 two years now...... :)

S40 diesels after 2001 have cheaper tax, 115/102 bhp and are ace on fuel. Engine is 15 yrs proven.... And they're dirt cheap to buy. Sport lux have kit and full leather too! :) If you can get over the name you can't do better...... Unless you go for the s60/80 d5.... All same pros ( bar tax due to being 2.5d ) but a bigger car if you need it..... Check some out, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. :)

I think it's a bit like a good guy bad guy meter..... Good rep means good experience, bought parts that were as described etc.....bad rep means paid for items which never arrived etc..... A good idea if hats the case as others will get an idea of a member prior to any dealings.... That's my theory anyway :)
