ok bit of an update. After reading on tinterweb about the condensation valve/tank i found that mine was blocked so i cleaned and empty this and this seems to of sorted my hot water problems. However im still having problems with my central heating. The heating seems to work when on full but when you ask it to be on a lower temprature the boiler only works for about 20 - 30 secounds then cuts out and i have a flashing green light for a couple of mins then same again cuts in for 20 - 30 secounds then back to flashing green light ( flash's are about half a secound apart). Anu ideas anyone as im using s*** loads of gas at the mo!

yes there should be some play in the diff but im not 100% sure how much. as said above it is known as backlash

after resting the bolier just now i have managed to have a shower so im persumming the pump is working.

man of many talents jeff? it seems to cut out when ever it feels like it. Normally when i want a shower. I have reset the bolier a few times as the insruction manual says and also by switching off at the mains and the boiler will work for a while then cut off on both HW and CH. Pressure is good its actually above 2 bar and does not work below 2 bar for some reason! I think the pressure release vavle is not working but dont know how to test it.

Anybody any good on the Vokera Compact HE boiler? I keep getting the red light come and losing both CH and HW. I dont know much about them at all and i was wondering if there was anything i could do before calling out an engineer? Thanks dave

also you should of been given the v5/2 if so you can attach this to the v62 forum your filling in now and not need to pay the £25

i have always topped rads up on a hill so the front is higher than the rear so that the air should bleed out of the system.

we used to have a ford grandard which used to get stolen on a regualr bases. normally on a friday night and we used to get it back on sunday and always found in the same area! Hope you get it back and still have your spacers and sat nav in it

as above injector plugs and injectors, coil plugs and coils, ptu connections etc etc.. If you find all these are good then if you have a leak tester then get some smoke bombs and check for any air leaks. Also check your PCV pipes in you rocker covers have not started to come lose. the one near the battery seems to be common fault

i was about to say something along them lines!!! not as technical but i know a rover i had once had a noisey thrust bearing well so i thought. Changed the clutch still the same. Turned out to be the main shaft bearing in the gearbox.

well i hope we dont need to match a german MOT as we best sell the zeds now! :lol: In this country MOT's are not that bad. And as my brother keeps telling me his favorite phrase. MOT IS AT TIME OF TEST so if you go down the road and the car blows up then there is no come back on the garage. that said some of the worst MOT's i get done are by the minstry them self!!! there a load of useless ***** they failed the bus on lose U bolts i drove round the corner cheacked them (not lose) and came back an hour later and they passed it even though i never done a thing to the bus!!! and they still write MOT's on the old paper style certificates. ministry are ****s.

i had a new bathroom fitting 4 years ago and i think monkeys would of done a better job! the drainage was never right and the shower base was put in wrong. It doesnt help that my bathroom is on the back of the house down stairs and has two outside walls and the fact i live in wales doesnt help either :lol:

awsome any recomendantions on where to buy it from?
