they look like a bit of a mismatch, lots of different type of nuts, going to replace the lot as soon as possible

After picking my new car up and driving 300 miles back home with it, last nite I had to go and pick my other car up from the airport. Just got onto the m4 when something didn't sound right with the car, seconds later what felt like a blowout happened. Managing to control it, I got from middle lane doing about 60mph onto the hard shoulder. The problem was obvious, no wheel nuts on the back wheel. Ok after getting out of what could easily have been a fatal accident, I thought I can pinch a nut of each wheel and get going Into the boot I go and ....... No jack no wheel wrench A call to the AA and an hour wait he turned and agreed to the idea, to our disbelieve all the other nuts on all the wheels were so loose they could be undone with his fingers Moral of the story, don't just check your oil and water before setting off Check your nuts too!
