The best way to find out these points made by HollowPoint are right is to go into a VRO or Post Office and try and tax a vehicle with the drive any vehicle clause. They will NOT let you tax it, as the vehicle trying to be taxed must hold a valid insurance certificate in it's own right. If you were legally covered by this clause, you would be allowed to tax the vehicle. Is that right HollowPoint?

That is right, as long as your girlfriend insures the Z, the car that is going to be driven must also hold a valid insurance certificate for that vehicle. Plus you drop down one level of cover, so fully comp becomes third party fire and theft, and third party fire and theft becomes third party only......If I am reading things right.....lol.

It's very difficult to nibble the two ends off the Z and drink your beverage through it though.......lol.......:no:
