  8. It's not really the cost to repair the damage, it's the price of the labour charges on top of the damage that may well take it beyond an economical repair.
  9. Yeah, they have to take into account the unseen damage, it may very well be written off. Hope your daughter was unhurt and recovering from her shock at it happening.
  10. What you moaning about now???.......lol, just kidding mate, great to see you posting up threads and replying to some too.......:w00t:

  13. I think I am one of the most unlucky people to walk the earth, but the Zed was just a good bit of luck in the right place at the right time mate, very very lucky......:taz:
  14. I must admit, when we saw it for the first time, the guy started it up, and Ian jr and I just looked at each other, and we were bringing the car home with us no matter what, just the sound made us want it.....lol
  15. Funny you should say that, everything moved out of my way, but that's probably my crap driving....lol.......:innocent:
  16. Wow, those pics are great mate. I can't say thank you enough mate, it was a really great day, spent with great people. Defo felt a better drive on the way home with the right tyres on the right axle.....lol, I'm blaming Craig for that......hee hee. It went faster as well after the wash and polish. Cheers mate
  17. If ANYONE tries to tell me that this forum is not the best, the friendliest, and the most helpful, and the people on here are not the salt of the earth and will do virtually anything to help another Zed owner, then they will get an ear bashing from me!!!!! I have been to Chris's house today, ck300z and our membership secretary. Here's a list of what Chris very kindly did for me today, and don't forget, this was his only day off work, and he spent it working on my Zed when he could have been chilling out. 1) He takes off my front drivers side wheel and plastic trim in order to fit a new washer bottle and pumps for me, as my front washer pump had packed in. 2) He replaces all said trim and wheel. 3) He changes my wheels around for me, I will let Chris tell you why, as it's a little embarrasing for me!!!! lol, although it was a neighbours fault really.......that's my story, and I am sticking to it......I also had new wheel nuts to replace the old ones. 4) fits a sticker on my windscreen that was a bit too awkward for me to do. 5) He helps my son wash and wax my car after he did his!!!! I am totally blown away with what Chris did for me today, and all while his mum Joyce made us drinks all day. What fantastic people Chris and his mum really are. I have probably missed something off here, but I would like to say a very BIG THANK YOU to both Chris and Joyce for such a perfect day. Next meeting at ours. Cheers Chris and Joyce. It was really very much appreciated.
  18. All I can say is class....lol

  21. 'Re Enry has died, such a tragic blow, what a boxer he was, and yes he was robbed by the ref because of a tiny cut. RIP Henry....:crying:
  22. Welcome along buddy, nice choice of car, you can't beat a Zed.......:thumbup1:
  23. I never tire of reading threads like this. There are still genuine people who will go that extra mile to help out others, some that have never met before, it's a great forum that has more than it's fair share of genuinely nice people that is so very hard to find these days........:cool3:
  24. Well in Baz.....:cool3:
