well the method i used was cardboard make a template witcard board for the base and the same fr the top panel i can tell you the height of the side panels was 17cm but my sub is quite deep you could prob trim it down a little with a not so deep sub oh and chunk :slap: :tongue: allthough you could say i did it my way :x:

sinclair u get a keyring on your second suscription it's stickers for the first

i'm gonna take a stab and say it's either the outer rear hicas bal joints or the hicas arms or even could be rear anti roll bar rubbers mine jumped about on the back end,pulled to one side and all sorts of wierd things took it to a garage and found both rear balljoints had play, rear hicas arm was goosed and 2 of the anti roll bar rubbers were missing did all that job sorted

i had to send a item over tried several couriers and they all wanted around £40 so i sent it via royal mail international signed for insured for £100 and it cost around £10.50 hth kev

just fitted 2 nice big chunky golt battery terminals to the z and what a differene they made :D i've now better turn over and it's to the poin that with the standard terminals when i turned the car over it would take the power from the stereo but now it dont would have taken some pics but my camera batteries are flat if i get chance i'll do some tomorrow

well it looks like replacement sat nav will here tomorrow hopefully with a map of wales on it lol
