  1. sounds like a ground loop problem or some type of feed back why not try running a speaker cable to the rear of the car and fit rca converters there might find that because they are in same area as headunit they might be interfering with each other
  2. funnily that is a repeat i saw that episode in august lol
  3. are the sidelights going to be ok in these sections as they dont have a reflector fitted in there so could be a mot failiure

  10. think ur electricain mate is talking through his ass i fitted hid to mine and yes they are 35w bulbs but because they use a spark to ignite gas to light and not a filament they are loads brighter, my lights were 3-4 times brighter after fitting hid
  11. terminal positions are def the same between uk and jap it's just the uk listings are wrong for the z32 they all list z31 batterys from 83-96

  16. sounds like wet on the maf to me thats exactly what mine did when the apexi got wet would not tick over had to keep reving the engine to keep it running on tickover

  19. not sure they say 069 for uk spec but the terminals are wrong 069 would put terminals at the front of the battery when it's mounted and the leads wont reach as i posted before it's the z31 code but uk sppliers think it's the same caras it's still called a 300zx the book i looked at listed 300zx from 83 to 96
  20. not sure it could be different size's of bore on the cylinder i know there are 2 different size fluid resivoirs as well on is 52mm one is 80mm but not sure if thats between turbo and non turbo hth kev

  22. it cured the prob on mine lol
  23. with that gauage marcus you need to run a earth wire from the body of the sender (the outer bit with the threads that go into the adaptor) not from where the wire from the gauge mounts that should cure your prob as with the greddy adaptor the sender can't earth to give a correct reading
  24. well tbh my z wont be back untill early march as i'm having top end rebuild and body work done then it's mot time not looking forward to next couple of months
  25. he's been over on the other site a few times but not sure if he's been there recently
